They were swift and clean. These guys left our apartment with no trace of them having been there, installing our washer/dryer. They were curteous and professional.

Delivery guys were awesome, call me and I wasn't ready, so pushed me back a little bit later in the day. Did a great job, even took a door off its hinges for me to get it in. Steam functions not working on my dryer, don't know if they hooked up to steam kit? They were super nice though!

completely worth it. Delivery guys took away our old dryer and brought in, hooked up, and tested the new one. Our old dryer vent had to be replaced, which took extra effort on their part. They were very helpful, quick, and polite.

Installation was quick and efficient. Getting to the laundry room was a little tight, but they made it without scuffing up the paint. Installers ran the washer and dryer through a short cycle before leaving to be sure everything was working correctly

The installer was great. We were kept informed of timing, etc. A part was missing on the first visit, so we had to schedule a second visit to finish the job. Inconvenience minimized by good communication.

The install was quick, easy and everything fit perfect. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. The only reason for not getting a full five stars, was due to the fact they damaged the product prior to install.

The install was fine as with the washer. It took three trips to finally get everything done, and I still do not really know why, but along with the service rep speculate it’s third-party installers that were farm are ready to have an excuse not to install and have to come back then do the work. During the second install attempt, they even refused to answer their phone, although it was during the period of time they were supposed to be installing the washer and dryer.

Bought this new to match an "open box" washing machine. Easy to connect the dryer cord and exhaust vent. Steam dry function is nice. Quiet. Efficient. We are very happy with this appliance

The installers set up the dryer and vent quickly and did a quality job. They made sure everything was level and tested it for vibrations or shimmies. Dryer works well and the installing team was quick, courteous, professional, and well-trained. They knew what they were doing and they installed everything well.

Dryer installed without a hitch. Installer very knowledge . Saved me money as vent kit not needed as my old vent was in perfect shape and more flexible than one I bought so dryer could be pushed close to wall,

My install people were awesome. They called the day before to give me a few hour window, then called me the day of giving me a 30 minute window. They did a wonderful install with no issues and were cool with my dog. They showed me how to use the washer and dryer and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

Again, the install team was great! They asked exactly where I wanted the dryer installed, provided answers to questions, cleaned up and hauled away the old one with no issues.

The installers were perfectionists, professional and took their time to do the job exactly right on both machines...the washer and the dryer. As always, I would do it all over again - the purchases and the service - with Best Buy! Thank you so very much for your continued excellence!
