The dryer install went quickly. Afterward, we realized that although the dryer is level side to side is not level front to back. The dryer door does not stay open.

Washer works great. I gave 'sales person' my old stacked dryer measurements. He assured me I could reuse the old stackable kit & the dryer would fit over the new washer. Surprise !!! When the installers delivered my washer they said it would be a 'liability' to stack my old dryer and I needed a new stackable kit. They installed washer and left my old dryer in my kitchen. Drove back to outlet 44 miles round trip. Explained what installer told me and had to buy a dryer, not in my budget. They did not charge me for stackable kit, install, etc. So don't trust the sales person.

THE GUYS CALLED AHEAD AND WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY COMPLAINT IS THE HOOK UPS. ON THE DRYER THEY ONLY HAVE ROUND HOSES CLAMPS ETC. NEWER HOMES HAVE THE OVAL , MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE ADAPTER BEFORE THEY SHOW OR YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY AND REINSTALL LIKE I DID. THE WASHING MACHINE INSTALL WENT FINE FOR THE EXCEPTION THEY DID NOT SECURE THE DRAIN HOSE AND I ENDED UP WITH A LAUNDRY ROOM FULL OVER WATER. ONCE I SECURED IT HAS BEEN SOMEWHAT FLAWLESS. THEY WILL RUN A TEST CYCLE IN BOTH BUT THE WASHER MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED AFTER YOU WASH YOU FIRST REAL LOAD. HAVE THE ADJUSTMENT TOOL HANDY AND HOPE THE FRONT IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED.

The Best Buy delivery team had the new dryer installed in just 15 minutes, which included installing the new power cord and dryer vent. They also removed the old dryer (which has an insignificant removal charge) and were a joy to have from the moment they arrived up until they left. A true professional team of (2) perfect gentlemen!

If you are not handy, this is definitely worth your hard earned mula. Geeksquads professional installers will connect your new dryer, install an anti-tip bracket, ensure it's leveled and test it for basic operation. We love this dryer, but we have had some issues with the sensor cutting the dry time short and indicating a blockage. We have cleaned out the entire vent line and our house is only two years old, so there is no blockage. We think the issue is that our dryer vent leads up and out the rooftop instead of out through the side of the house? We have even went onto the rooftop and can feel the air pushing out-no blockage. We have done everything we can, but it still cuts dry time short and indicates a blockage. I have to repeat a few cycles to get things completely dry.
