Overall, my installation experience was good as my washer and dryer were installed well and work, but I wish they arrived during the actual arrival window as no on enjoys sitting in a house all day waiting for them.

Technicians were fantastic! They installed our new dryer and provided us with basic instructions on using the machine.

've been using this mini dryer for several months and still very happy with it.It's easy to use and has several settings so I'm able to use it for different types of clothing materials. I vent it through a window but the big filter at the rear of the machine seems good enough to prevent lint from accumulating indoors. The key is to not over stuff it, to keep it clean, and to clear the lint traps and change the filter per the instructions.

The installers that came out were very professional and courteous with all of their work. They were respectful of our doorways, property, and wishes for placement. I'd do it again to save me the hassle of trying to drag a large object through the garage into the house. Thanks guys.

Our electric dryer from Best Buy is superb! I can even get the wrinkles out by using the steam function. Great dryer!

Installers were not familiar enough with ventless dryers. It took the fix-it geek squad to get it working properly by not having the drain hose pushed so far down the drain. Using the u-shaped plastic piece that comes with the dryer to prevent crimping, it also prevents the hose from being pushed too far down the drain. Also, joe referred me to the one page in the dryer manual that tells how large a load is to be put in for various cycles..important . joe was excellent in all ways. Will definitely use Best Buy again, as we have over the years. Their service is 2nd to none.

I am most impressed with level of communication I received from the Geek Squad with regard to my installation. The driver called several days before, the day before and the morning of delivery. Once here, both young men were professional and worked quickly and efficiently.

The installation of our washing machine/dryer was very quick and smooth. They give you a call when they are close by and are very knowledgeable about the appliances they install. I’m glad they explained what we needed and how to start using our machine.

Not only did they arrive on time but were very professional and courteous. They wore their PPE equipment also without even being asked to do so. Both guys were nude enough to slide the units down after they had finished. Great job Best Buy!

We have had to have this dryer replaced 4 times in less than two months. Ridiculous! The first had a dent on delivery and the guys had already put our old dryer in the truck, and said to try the new one and if there were issues they could replace it. The dent caused a part inside to rub against the side of the dryer, causing it to get hot and it was a fire hazard. Best Buy replaced it over a week later. The new one had an issue with the door, as did the next one they brought out. The last one they brought out as a replacement is okay other than a high pitched noise when it’s in use. Thank goodness we paid extra for Best Buy’s service plan! Everybody we have spoken with has been extremely helpful and friendly, although we were hung up on by one rep and he didn’t call back, but he sounded friendly and I am sure it was an accident. Besides that, the phone reps, service technicians and delivery people have all pretty much been friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend the Best Buy protection plan, but do not recommend this specific dryer!
