Everything went smoothly. They where fast, polite and knowledgeable.

The 2 men that brought our dryer into our house were fast and efficient installing the cord and vent onto the machine. They tested it and it worked fine. No problems at all.

They were quick and did a good job. Very friendly. Could have given me more than a few minutes notice that they were within 10 minutes of my home.

The install was fine as with the washer. It took three trips to finally get everything done, and I still do not really know why, but along with the service rep speculate it’s third-party installers that were farm are ready to have an excuse not to install and have to come back then do the work. During the second install attempt, they even refused to answer their phone, although it was during the period of time they were supposed to be installing the washer and dryer.

setting up the dryer is easy, stocking two machines is easy, but moving two pieces at once is very heavy, they get the job done just fine. wish they didn't have to scratch my hard wood floor.

I'm disabled and they installed my dryer for me! Even taking the time to show me how it worked!

It was. Easy and quick to install the washer.And if I have to move, I can uninstall it myself with ease.Appreciate the help .

This Dryer is large and somewhat complicated until you read through the manual. The size of this dryer is much more than that of a standard sized dryer. I was very happy with the delivery and set up by the Best Buy professionals. I highly recommend them.

Guys did a great job ensuring there was no damage to our dryer or our home. They worked with me to plan the installation process to allow me to drill a 4" hole in my floor to relocate the dryer vent to the outside of my home. Very courteous and professional installers.

They are very attentive and helpful. Just have to watch to make sure they do not cut any corners. All in all showed up on time and made us very happy. Put it exactly where we wanted and changed the swing of the door. Thanks

Excellent product help to install the dryer in short time

Had 5 appliances installed...the installers were friendly and fast. They did all on the work order except reversing the door that we requested. We were told we have to make another appointment for that.

Setup and delivery was fast but I would have liked the deliverers to be more descriptive of what they were doing. I had a few questions that were not satisfactorily answered.
