It is very excellent product and service. Working is very smooth is easy.

I ordered a steam option for this and after installation I found out that it was not set up (after they left). They also would not put the dryer vent on.

Washing machine installation went well but dryer was a different story. Crew called me during installation not knowing what to do since there wasn't a vent in the wall. I planned to use a indoor dry kit but they gave me/us a hard time and acted annoyed that this was the case. Essentially the same work on their end so confused why they would be annoyed. Wired machine and just left it in place. Thought they would have at least installed the dryer vent itself. Overall, a little unprofessional.

I had a team of 2 guys come out and deliver and install my new GE dryer. Martin and Ramon were exceptional, to say the least. The whole thing was so quick and they had excellent product knowledge. Needless to say, my dryer works great. These guys are professionals and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Best Buy!

The installation was great! The issue became the non-flexibility hose that came with the dryer didn’t fit in a small area. Should also have have included with installation tools the flexible hose to fit into any type of space.

Installation was timely, fast, and professional. Installers gave good instructions on product use as well. We weren't expecting the installer to have such thorough product knowledge - Wonderful service!

The installation team was on time, professional, and courteous. Installation went quickly and everything is working like a charm. My installation experience is why I keep preferring Best Buy for my big purchases.

Two men came to remove my old dryer and install the new one. They arrived at the 3rd hour in their 4 hour window, and seemed to be in a rush to get it in and go. They recommended not using the exhaust that I ordered with the dryer, suggesting another method which involved leaving my existing "telescope" duct and snaking the new one onto it.... crazy. I asked them to do it the right way (which worked) and took only 3 minutes. They left in a flash, before I realized they had not hooked up the water hoses that are included for the steam features of the dryer. Guess they wanted to knock off early!

The two young men were very professional friendly and knowledgeable. The came in got the job done quickly.

We have a very tiny house and the installers took no time at all to get everything to fit :)

The work done was well done and quickly and reliable.

The installer was very knowledgeable on the appliance he not only installed but gave us a quick intro to the settings and how to use the dryer. He cleaned up the boxes and other packaging materials after installing.

Thank you geek squad! Did a great job installing my washer & dryer set. Less than 30 mins. Super friendly, explained the functions and ran a quick cycle to clean everything out and make sure everything was working good.

The crew that installed my dryer did a solid job, with a couple of small exceptions. First, they did bang my door getting the dryer into the laundry room. It left a bit of a mark on the trim...but I understand it was a tight fit. Second, I think they could have done a little better job getting the venting a bit more compressed against the wall...but again, it's only a small thing. Finally, the installers should wear shoe coverings. They left tracks all over my stairs. Not sure why this isn't a company policy. That being said, they were prompt, courteous, and took care of the installation pretty quickly. They also removed the old dryer without an issue. I'd use this service again.

this was the best part of the whole ordeal. they came in, hooked everything up, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all our questions. they were on time and ready to help. we also had our tv mounted with them and it was phenomenal. best buy has the best help. will always order from them.

Excellent Quality and easy to use. Lots of different to get the job you want done. Very efficient on energy , also very quiet. This is just what I was looking for in today's market. Very Happy with my LG product.

The gentleman who installed my washer and dryer (stacked) were incredibly fast and efficient. Everything worked and they did not even make any marks on the wall!
