These tools were purchased to install my Samsung dryer. I didn't have them, so they were needed for the installation of the dryer. So far the dryer is working good.

We have a very tiny house and the installers took no time at all to get everything to fit :)

I was not home during the installation, my kids were. This was installed on the second floor of my home. While the dryer is installed, it is just a 1/2 inch too deep for my space so the front is higher than the back as the space for the unites is lowered into the floor a bit. I would have liked the installers to raise the back of the unit so the door doesn't slam shut on me all the time while transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer.

Always have them do your install. Done neatly and correct

Dryer installation service was awesome!!! Staff members were very friendly and communicated the needs or concerns as needed. they were also very careful and completed the work efficiently. Highly recommend!

Great dryer! Make sure the installer drills the power cord properly, otherwise if it is loose, it burns the heating element. We had to replace our dryer. Otherwise, the dryer is excellent.

I think they did a good job, but I have reason to suspect that my original dryer wasn't installed quite correctly, I was hoping they'd give me some input on this, but they didn't.

The guys who installed my set were really good. Didn’t even take them 5 minutes to install it. It took awhile to unload items from the truck but installation itself was quick. They even hauled away my old one. Again not more that 5 minutes and they were done

The team arrived on time and work quick to put our new dryer in place. Even running into having to remove door and put them back, still only took 10 minutes to install…

My Best Buy technician was able to install my dryer in less than 30 minutes and ran the dryer several minutes to insure it operated properly. He also recommended my vent hoes leading out of the house be firmly attached to the incoming wall. Thanks!

they were prompt, quick to deliver and setup. explained everything i needed to know. installed new vent kit and new dryer cord . this was an upstairs delivery .

Great job. They removed the old dryer. They placed the new dryer, connected everything and tested it. My laundry room is upstairs and they did a great job bringing the old one downstairs and taking the new one upstairs.

They dis a great job. They arrived on time and removed the old gas dryer and replaced it with the new electric one. Both were courteous and remained until I understood everything. They cleaned up after themselves.
