Delivery an install of our new LG washer a dryer was 5 Star install. Very quick neat an professional.

The guys did a great job I had no complaints. They got the laundry pair and pedestals set up in short order. I have no problems with either machine since the install more than a year ago.

Both gentlemen were professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. They installed our appliances with care and quickly. They answered every question we had prior to leaving.

Would definitely buy appliances from bestbuy again. The installations are basically free except for the hardwares that cost pennies and gas units have a small fee. Its cheaper than my plumbers or movers bringing the units into the house. They moved 2 washers and dryers from the garage to the 1st and second floor around these tight circular stairs with no damage. Best of all, I purchased whole house appliances 1.5 years ahead of time for a new construction and was able to schedule the installation 1.5 years after the purchase. 1 fridge 1 range, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 dishwashers.

Great price point for this size appliance. So quiet you hardly know its running.

I had an issue with the first dryer I bought from BB Outlet, and they came out and replaced it with another one and it works great! The installers took the old one and installed the new one - all good!!

I was so pleased with my Samsung dryer installation. The delivery guys set it up extremely quickly, and there were no problems.

I was not home during the installation, my kids were. This was installed on the second floor of my home. While the dryer is installed, it is just a 1/2 inch too deep for my space so the front is higher than the back as the space for the unites is lowered into the floor a bit. I would have liked the installers to raise the back of the unit so the door doesn't slam shut on me all the time while transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer.

The Best Buy installers did a great job hooking up my dryer. They had it done in a matter of minutes. The door opening hinges had to be switched in order to open the way we wanted it to. The door can be opened from either the left or right side. Something to consider prior to installation.

Great work Prompt and Fast Completed ans working as expected

Dryer seems very loud when operating. The top has a slant that prevents using the top to stack folded dry clothes. They will slip off and fall on the floor if you are not careful. Dryer dries fine.
