Installation went as planned. They were in and out and was glad they hauled my old one off for me.

Had my gas dryer installed. Super helpful and professional installers.

The install was fine as with the washer. It took three trips to finally get everything done, and I still do not really know why, but along with the service rep speculate it’s third-party installers that were farm are ready to have an excuse not to install and have to come back then do the work. During the second install attempt, they even refused to answer their phone, although it was during the period of time they were supposed to be installing the washer and dryer.

Fast and efficient workers that put in the New Dryer for me. Very Friendly and expanded that the first few loads of clothes I would smell the New elements burning off the New Smell..

The installers were great. They pointed out some issues with the location of the vent, water supply and drain and how the doors to the washer and dryer would get in each others way. They moved things around and made it work. Very pleased.

Seemed very disorganized, they were polite enough. I don't like that the doors bang together and they didn't mention I could swap the doors, that could have been an upsell. Gave them an extra star for hauling it up my stairs

Had Best Buy install a stacking washer and dryer combination and the 2 man crew did outstanding. Very competent and knowledgeable of product and installation. Very professional and courteous. Thanks.

Excellent dryer for someone starting over with two kids. The volume the dryer holds and drys is a big help to a single mother. The volume of clothes generated by two kids is unbelievable in a weeks time. This is the dryer for them

The installation process was fast, by unfortunately not so professional, the guys left without leveling the machine, so I had to do it myself, but I damaged exhaust pipe, so I had to go back to the store and request another installation along with the damaged part and after few days show up, different guys and they make it right finally.

The two young men who installed my washer and dryer were polite, friendly and efficient. They thoroughly explained and demonstrated how both machines worked. They also did a very good job of cleaning up after completing the installation.

Love the dryer - not so happy with the install. Watch your installer and make sure all new parts are used. They put the old stopped up dryer hose back on even after I made sure they planed to replace it. I had to purchase another dryer hose after the left with the new part.

Installation was easy and quick. They did a professional job, only hiccup was not our home port was a oval and not the standard circular port that most have. They did a great job accommodating.

They were quick but crushed the vent tube when installing the dryer. I'm not sure exactly what they're supposed to do but the dryer didn't work. I was told, check your outlet and if it's fine and you still have problems within 15 days call and they will replace the dryer. It's nothing special I guess, if there's a bump they want you to figure it out. I guess that's what you get when it's free lol.

When I bought my dryer I have them install it in my home they showed up on time moved the dryer into a place installed it cleaned up their mess from removing it out of the cardboard I've had absolutely no problems I would recommend them

The same service provider for washer and dryer. Excellent service, very skillful providers made the installation seem easy. Providers advice, suggestions and recommendations to improve efficiency of the appliance.

5 star installation ...these guys new what they were doing, They used straps to move my old dryer down the stairs. then took my new one up the stairs. They were quick and very professional.
