I don't have to dry my large loads multiple times like some dryers. I love the no heat setting for my husband's jeans to prevent shrinkage. I like the option of having a loud finish sound or none at all. It's high tech yet simple enough to easily operate without instructions.

I mistakenly ordered an electric dryer instead of a gas dryer and Best Buy installers were wonderful. They got me in touch with the office and the needed dryer was delivered a few days later by efficient delivery men.

The installation went well. The guys actually arrived early. They even had to remove our refrigerator door in order to get through the doorway. Both guys were polite & seemed knowledgeable.

Delivery men installed my machine. They were very careful securing it to the pedestal and hooking it up. They made sure everything was in working order and patiently answered all my questions.

The gentleman who delivered, hauled away, and installed my new dryer were the most professional and efficient delivery men I have ever had the pleasure to watch...dryer is working great..thank you best buy

What a fabulous team I dealt with Jason and his partner(sorry didn’t catch his name) helped coordinate a big issue with the other outstanding employee, Kiana. If geek squad canceled my order that day it would’ve been a big problem but they called and told me to sort it out at the store and that’s where Kiana went above and beyond fixing the problem and calling all the other stores. Whenever I go into Best Buy I go look for her and always hope I get these geek squad installers. Great great experience!

Great price point for this size appliance. So quiet you hardly know its running.

The delivery and installation guys were super nice and respectful. They got in, moved out all of my old appliances (I bought 3 new major appliances), cleaned out behind the old ones (which was super nice), and got in all 3 appliances in about 30 minutes!

Still haven't figured out the steam feature for taking out wrinkles. I tried it and the garment came out soaking wet. The product booklet could be improved with better instructions.

My dryer also has a steam option which they hooked up when they installed everything. I've used just about every option since they installed and so far I'm very pleased. No leaks on the steam option and the dryer itself does exactly what its named for.

They were exactly on time (on the early side of the given window) and it was a super quick installation!

I drove three hours to oversee the install of the washer and dryer for my elderly mother (a surprise gift for her). The installers showed up on time and called me 30 minutes before their arrival. However, they told me that the plug my mom had for her dryer was a range plug. They did not want to "install" the dryer for us. They said it was a fire hazard and would void the warranty on the dryer. I called my uncle who works for Best Buy selling appliances. He said that was not true and we didn't need to have an electrician come and change out the plug per what the installers told me. I asked the installers to put the range cord on the new dryer so that my mom could use it. They told me I had to push the plug into the wall myself but did put the cord on the dryer for us. I googled the cord issue and found that it is only a fire hazard if you use a dryer cord on a range. And that most houses built before 1990 have a range plug for the dryer. So it really wasn't an issue after all. I was also disappointed that they left so quickly and didn't make sure the washer and dryer were the same height. My mom noticed this. They schedule the installers with 20 installs a day, no wonder they were in such a hurry. However, I was happy that I got to pick the install date to coincide with my visit. So giving this 3 stars for this reason.

They did pretty good. Came it and installed it quickly. It’s a little shaky now but I may need to make adjustments. However when they left everything worked perfectly.

Installers were absolutely great from delivery team. They helped me to install my electric dryers from Best Buy store . I bought a wrong staff for connection and they explained me everything and show me dryer cycles and all functions Thanks
