The two gentlemen who came to do the installation were great! They were fast, polite, clean, and spent time instructing us about what they were doing. If I ever order another appliance again I hope they are the ones who come!

Great price point for this size appliance. So quiet you hardly know its running.

Semi-rigid dryer vent was installed. The technicians were polite, considerate, and efficient. They worked quickly and were finished in a few minutes.

I was really impressed how quickly the team installed the device. Thought it would take a couple of hours. Complete install of both washer and dry, cables, hoses, filter, loading old washer and dry took less than an hour.

Excellent installation. Installers (Brandon and Lucas) were very friendly and did a great job. They also provided valuable information regarding this dryer.

Installers were visibly exhausted when they arrived and had an overall labored attitude during the install. It sounds like the working conditions (long hours) make the end of day installations a physical challenge but I will give them credit for getting the job done including some improvisation needed due to the awful "standard" dryer vent connector that did not work well in my space. It sounds like this is a very frequent issue to which Best Buy has not provided a great solution. Installer attitude: 3/5 Installer skill: 5/5 Best Buy oversight: 2/5 Overall work: 4/5

Crew delivered on time and was professional, but the dryer vent hose got accidentally crushed when the tech pushed the dryer into place. I didn't realize it until my plumber noticed it while inspecting an unrelated issue. This would have heavily restricted air flow and eventually damaged the dryer if it hadn't been noticed, so I'm glad my plumber saw it. However, the Best Buy team promptly returned to replace the hose after customer service was notified. Now everything is running smoothly.

Love our new washer and dryer. Gets the job done. With two active boys and husband at home. We do a lot of washing.

I'm glad I had the someone else install and haul away my old machine. Both were super heavy and were in the basement. They did a good job and went by fast. - The one thing with the dryer I noticed AFTER the fact was when they installed the exhaust tube, they tore it. So there was a 4 inch cut on the side and it took me a few times running the machine to find out why there was dust all over. I wish they would have said something. I went out and bought a new one and then installed it myself.

Never respectful and clean. Change the door around. To accommodate.

The installers were knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I appreciated that a lot!!!

We have our laundry room on the second floor and they had to navigate a set of stairs that turned 180 degree. They did a great job, didn't scratch anything and got the appliances into their place and connected up with a great attitude.

They showed up on time, polite, and cleaned before they left. Went in with no issues at all and they were gone quick.

Technicians did an excellent job of installing our dryer. Lead Tech even pointed out a potential problem with existing ductwork which we have corrected.

THE INSTALLATION TEAM TOOK THE TIME TO LIFT THE DRYER AND WASHER UPSTAIRS AND INSTALLED BOTH DEVICES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS

Can't ask for better service. Picked up the old dryer put in the new dryer with out any question. Life is great. Renter is off my back and I'm with a new dryer. Thank you Best Buy. It's all hooked up New dryer cord and lent trap. Nothing to do.
