Set up was professionally done and the dryer is easy to run - and it works beautifully!

They were quick but crushed the vent tube when installing the dryer. I'm not sure exactly what they're supposed to do but the dryer didn't work. I was told, check your outlet and if it's fine and you still have problems within 15 days call and they will replace the dryer. It's nothing special I guess, if there's a bump they want you to figure it out. I guess that's what you get when it's free lol.

The install went as smooth as possible like most Best Buy installs. The installer, through no fault of his own, was unable to hook up the vent. I have a weird set-up, and he gave me the perfect advice on how to install the vent properly.

The gentlemen that installed our dryer did a fantastic job of installing our dryer on top of our pedestals that we already owned. They tested it out and gave me a quick tutorial too. Well worth the money we invested for the professional installation.

Installation was easy and quick. They did a professional job, only hiccup was not our home port was a oval and not the standard circular port that most have. They did a great job accommodating.

I probably could’ve done it myself but it was great to not have to worry about it and know it’s being done right, also was done pretty quick. With the way my laundry room is set I needed a flex vent in order to get it closer to the wall. They advised me to get it and I was able to install, but would recommend having one on hand for them to use

Guys brought the dryer inside, and had it in place and connected within minutes. Great teamwork, and in the year since, we have had zero issues.

Love my LG dryer. Its very quite and easy to use. and it looks so good in my laundry room.
