The installation was quick and the laborers were both extremely friendly. I was informed about do's and don'ts of my new appliance including maintenance, how to clean it, and how to get the most out of it. They fully installed everything as expected without a fuss. They were in and out in maybe 40 min max after installing 3 major appliances. They even had to remove the front door to get the appliances in the house, but did so with ease, then making sure everything was lined up and attached back to it's original position. Nothing was damaged or scratched in the process. I will 100% recommend the installation to everyone.

The installation of our replacement dryer and removal of the old, defective dryer went well. The installers took care in installing the dryer in the designated spot and hooked up the new required 240v power cord. They ended up using my existing dryer vent hose setup, which meant they did not need to use the one I was charged for. However, the installers did not even leave the new dryer vent kit with me so I could return it for credit. I assumed they would return the vent kit to their stock and issue me a credit on the small $30 purchase. They did not and now after three calls to the Geek Squad, my credit or the alternate Gift Card is still not processed.

We were forced to purchase a new dryer when our old one failed right in the midst of the Covid stay-safe, stay home requirement. Since I am in an extremely high risk category, I was very concerned with having anyone enter our home for installation. We were able to purchase a new dryer through Best Buy using online and phone consultation with the local store. Two Best Buy service people arrived on time, removed the old dryer, installed and hooked up the new one, all in less than a half hour. The two installers were appropriately garbed, and took all the safety precautions spelled out on their website. We were very happy with every part of the purchase transaction and delivery at this difficult time.

Guys brought the dryer inside, and had it in place and connected within minutes. Great teamwork, and in the year since, we have had zero issues.

The installers for the new clothes dryer came on time. They were very careful in fitting it through the doors, hauled away the old one, cleaned up, demonstrated how to use the dryer. Since it worked perfectly, I consider it a job well-done.

Installers called ahead to alert of their arrival. They were on time and had all the products and tools needed. Installation went without delay or problem. They fully explained operations, warranty, etc. in clear and understandable terms.

Technicians did an excellent job of installing our dryer. Lead Tech even pointed out a potential problem with existing ductwork which we have corrected.

The 2 gentlemen assessed the home and quickly, then installed the dryer on our 2nd floor. They caused no damage and tested the dryer prior to completing the job. Set up was complete in 15 minutes. Outstanding.

Best Buy's dryer delivery and install team were professional and got the job done right and on time. I will certainly consider best buy's in house team for future appliance installations.

The men were early for installation and they were quick and safe while setting up the dryer. They were polite and speedy about the whole process and they tested it before they left.

Had to have it done twice because the hose in the kit was too short. First duo weren't that great and said Best Buy wouldn't cover a reinstall, which wasn't true. Second crew was excellent and fast, and ended up saving me money by only using certain parts. Reinstall was free.

Well done! The technicians arrived on time and completed the job in 15 minutes o=more or less. I am now using my dryer with ease of mind that it won't fall while the washer is spinning.

The installers were nice, professional, made sure everything worked before they left and installed everything correctly, even changing the door of the washer to the other side so it would be easier to open they Way it was positioned

The techs recognized that my outlet was not the correct design for the dryer plug. Therefore, they could only give me instructions as to a test that would be needed to ensure that the dryer works properly, once I got the needed outlet installed. They went over the operation of the unit with me and answered my questions.

Installers were polite and knew what they were doing. Very cautious not to ding any walls while carrying the washer and dryer upstairs!

We replaced our old dryer. The Best Buy team that removed and installed the new dryer were great, quick and handled everything perfectly!
