guys came out, kept everything clean and very efficient, kept me informed all the time. when dryer itself turned out to be faulty then they arranged an exchange with new one smoothly without any hassle.

Glad someone else did this installation as I wouldnt have fancied cutting the heating vent pipe to size being that it’s a metal fitting pipe. All was completed quickly and tested to be working correctly.

Very easy install got it going in a few minutes and it was working with no issues

It's a nice looking unit, easy to use. We bought the matching washing machine and they both are working great.

We have our laundry room on the second floor and they had to navigate a set of stairs that turned 180 degree. They did a great job, didn't scratch anything and got the appliances into their place and connected up with a great attitude.

The install went well and was done quickly. The problem was with the dryer hose that leads to the outside was too long for the space and my existing hose was used. I was promised by the installer that i would receive a refund but never did. They took the one i paid for with them.

Geek squad did a surprisingly great job. Gave me tips, asked if I had any questions and got my dryer installed quickly with everything it needed. Wonderful service.

The guys were very professional. Had it installed in no time show me how to use everything very happy with the install.

Installers were polite, professional and prompt. They were careful not to damage any surrounding trim or doors. They were patient with a very tight fit and did a good cleanup job.

Can't ask for better service. Picked up the old dryer put in the new dryer with out any question. Life is great. Renter is off my back and I'm with a new dryer. Thank you Best Buy. It's all hooked up New dryer cord and lent trap. Nothing to do.

The installers were adept in their work. The dryer is operating with full efficiency since. The installers were quick in providing an immediately usable appliance. I do not have equipment to photograph the installers at work.

It is always a pain when appliances stop working and they must be replaced immediately. In the past, my appliance delivery experiences have not always been pleasant. The delivery of my dryer from Best Buy was an exception. Although Best Buy usually would not be the first place I would look to buy a major appliance, when I googled it, they had the best price and were able to deliver it quickly. I ordered the dryer on Saturday night and it was installed and working by 4:30 pm Monday afternoon. Prior to delivery, I was notified several times by email and phone of the delivery status. The delivery took less than 5 minutes and that included hauling off the old dryer and installing the new one. Could not have been more pleased. The whole process was efficient and painless-- way beyond expectation.

The Dryer installation was done properly. They even replaced the old power supply cable with a new one.
