The techs were so quick and efficient to bring in the washer and dryer and the install was problem free. Couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience.

Drivers were there at the time promised. They were efficient, quick and knowledgeable in regards to installing my new dryer!

Everything was installed perfectly. They brought the vent, and did a great job connecting the upper/lower kit.

The gentlemen who delivered my washer and dryer, also removed the old set. They called about a half hour out to give me a heads up they were on the way. They were professional, helpful, made sure I had no issues before they left.

Friendly, went smoothly. But I forgot to ask them to reverse the door opening! Wahhhh

The installation is excellent. Even though they give you a 6 hour window for the team to come, but they called you 30 minutes ahead to let you know that they are on their way.

Installation was done quickly, on tie, and perfectly. Could not be happier with the results. No damage or issues to the washer, and they explained every function of it, and tested everything. Really happy with their service.

Crew did a great job installing the dryer. They were totally honest up front and said that they were not qualified to reverse the dryer door. I appreciated the honesty, and they helped me to call and fix the problem.

My only complaint is that the washer that came with the set was damaged at the warehouse. It has taken me.since May 2 to even get the process started even after talking with someone the day of the delivery. Today 5/19 I w a s able to talk to someone regarding the damaged washer. Hopefully i will get it soon.

My one and only complaint is that they showed up over an hour outside the timeframe I was quoted. Otherwise, the delivery and installation went well.

Looked easy to install. The guys made it look easy at least. It was in and running in 10 min!

The Best Buy installers who installed my new dryer were excellent! Out installation was a little trickier than most as our vent goes through the floor. They accomplished the installation easily, and were very polite and competent.

Installers were professional and efficient. Beats doing it yourself.
