Clint & Caleb came to my rescue after the 3rd party hired by Best Buy claimed they couldn't do it. This was the 3rd time after 2 months that someone had been out to install. It was a side vent install that required a little extra patience and thought and Clint and Caleb approached the task with a "can-do" attitude that is hard to find now a days. The 3rd party out of Ocala was going to make me wait 4 more days until the owner could come out. Clint, Caleb, and Jaxon - the manager, went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more grateful.

I was very happy with the installation of my electric dryer. I was able to track the delivery status and once they arrived it was easily installed in minutes by the technicians.

The team did an excellent job. They called 15 minutes before they came, hooked everything up quickly and ensured everything functioned well. Great team!

The guys that delivered and installed our dryer were great. Got here earlier than expected, they were fast in removing the old dryer and installing the new one. No damage to the appliance or to our property. Very respectful and knowledgeable, explained how to operate the appliance and they also answered our call after they left as we had an extra question about the steam function. All the Covid-19 protocols were respected, they had masks on the whole time and were maintaing social distance. We would recommend them anytime. Thank you for an excellent service.

Demetrius and Denzel were super nice and thorough. Within 45 minutes they had removed my old dryer and installed the new one. They were very professional and pleasant.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. The guys called in advance, showed up on time, and were professional. They finished the job in a timely manner and everything worked perfectly!

The apartment floor was not leveled but the installers took the time to adjust the legs of the dryer and make sure that it, at least, is level. Happily, I have not had to deal with strange dryer rumblings in the night.

Guys got here when they said they would be here. Got in did the job in record time. Cleaned up when they were done and left no mess for me! They showed me how to use my new washer and dryer even though they were easy to figure out.
