The installers were adept in their work. The dryer is operating with full efficiency since. The installers were quick in providing an immediately usable appliance. I do not have equipment to photograph the installers at work.

It is always a pain when appliances stop working and they must be replaced immediately. In the past, my appliance delivery experiences have not always been pleasant. The delivery of my dryer from Best Buy was an exception. Although Best Buy usually would not be the first place I would look to buy a major appliance, when I googled it, they had the best price and were able to deliver it quickly. I ordered the dryer on Saturday night and it was installed and working by 4:30 pm Monday afternoon. Prior to delivery, I was notified several times by email and phone of the delivery status. The delivery took less than 5 minutes and that included hauling off the old dryer and installing the new one. Could not have been more pleased. The whole process was efficient and painless-- way beyond expectation.

The Delivery team is awesome. Not one con about them. All pros. Spending the extra money for Delivery and install was worth it. The delivery team was really friendly, professional, strong and approachable. They explained the peocess every step of the way. They were super fast and helpful with explaining things about the product and answering questions. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave anything behind.

Can't ask for better service. Picked up the old dryer put in the new dryer with out any question. Life is great. Renter is off my back and I'm with a new dryer. Thank you Best Buy. It's all hooked up New dryer cord and lent trap. Nothing to do.

The installers for my new electric dryer kept me informed of the appointment time and expected arrival. The dryer was professionally installed and it's use and features described and demonstrated. Great crew and a very thorough installation.

The delivery people were very nice. I gave an alternate phone number, so they could call my husband for the actual delivery. They did not call him, instead they called my number and I am unable to take calls at work. Then the people who brought the dryer were very friendly. However, they did not use the dryer vent I purchased with the dryer. They told my husband the old one was fine and connected to it. Next, they did not have the dryer steam hose I purchased with the dryer. They said they knew nothing about connecting the steam hose. I went to the store to return the dryer vent and to get a steam hose. I now have the hose. I had to call to get the third party to reschedule a date and time for them to come back out to complete my dryer setup.

The installation team was friendly, quick, and proffesional. Both dry and washer were installed within a 45 minute period. No trash left behind, no marks on the door, doorframes or other areas from install. All around good experience.

The installation is excellent. Even though they give you a 6 hour window for the team to come, but they called you 30 minutes ahead to let you know that they are on their way.

I don't care what you say, our installers were better than yours. So kind and genuine, timely, and helpful. The first time they came, our washer and dryer both had to be taken back to store due to damages. Obviously, delivery guys are not at fault, but they were apologetic and as helpful as they could be with situation. Three weeks later, I was so glad the same guys were sent out to deliver working washer/dryer.

The install team for my dryer were top notch! They were very courteous and friendly! Their expertise was second to none. I feel very fortunate that these gentlemen did such a fine job!

Clint & Caleb came to my rescue after the 3rd party hired by Best Buy claimed they couldn't do it. This was the 3rd time after 2 months that someone had been out to install. It was a side vent install that required a little extra patience and thought and Clint and Caleb approached the task with a "can-do" attitude that is hard to find now a days. The 3rd party out of Ocala was going to make me wait 4 more days until the owner could come out. Clint, Caleb, and Jaxon - the manager, went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more grateful.

I have kind of a tight space. This installation was acceptable and I’ve had no issues. Dryer works fine.

Paying extra for install is money well spent. You can never go wrong and save yourself a headache!
