Team did an excellent job, timely, clean and efficient. But they were limited by the tools provided. The semi-rigid vent severely limits the space for the dryer to reach the vent on a side wall. I researched and found that Whirlpool makes a "Vent Periscope" that is only 2" deep. It connects to the side vent and tips back enough to leave room for the semi-rigid tube to have no need to bend around the machine. It costs around $20. It solved the problem, but I had to install the whole thing.

They arrived on time, removed the old dryer and put the new one in quickly and efficiently. They determined the required Vent connector I purchased wouldn't work, s they took it back and got me a refund. Overall a great job.

The delivery team was really friendly, professional, strong and approachable. They explained the peocess every step of the way. They were super fast and helpful with explaining things about the product and answering questions. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave anything behind.

The technicians installing the dryer were finished with installation within 20-30 minutes. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

dryer works great and very happy with all its functions, If you are a short person you may not want to have it stacked on top of a washer as it is hard to read the dials
