The guys that delivered and installed our dryer were great. Got here earlier than expected, they were fast in removing the old dryer and installing the new one. No damage to the appliance or to our property. Very respectful and knowledgeable, explained how to operate the appliance and they also answered our call after they left as we had an extra question about the steam function. All the Covid-19 protocols were respected, they had masks on the whole time and were maintaing social distance. We would recommend them anytime. Thank you for an excellent service.

We’ve had 3 installations to date, and all the crews have been wonderful. I highly recommend using the Best Buy crew for installation of products. The communication prior to the installation was great, they texted right before arriving, and worked efficiently to get the job done. Nice having installation crews you can trust.

the excellent rating is ONLY for the guys who installed the stacking washer/dryer. They were excellent! The fact that I had to waste 5 days waiting for the correct things to be delivered would rate zero stars! I was on the phone and chat several times over the several weeks it took to get all this done. I was lied to, misrepresented, etc. many times. I was told by at least one advisor that I would receive compensation for my wasted time (having to sit and wait for delivery only to have no appliance installed), but that never happened. To clarify, the installation was supposed to be 12/31/20 - but happened 1/26/21.

The gentlemen who delivered my washer and dryer, also removed the old set. They called about a half hour out to give me a heads up they were on the way. They were professional, helpful, made sure I had no issues before they left.

Crew did a great job installing the dryer. They were totally honest up front and said that they were not qualified to reverse the dryer door. I appreciated the honesty, and they helped me to call and fix the problem.
