Installers were conscious not to dent or scratch anything. Verified unit was level, installed all appropriate connections and put unit in place.

We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer for our son as a Christmas/housewarming gift for his first house. The delivery went flawlessly. Right after Christmas our son left on business for over a month. When he returned and started using the set, a problem became evident with the dryer. I went back to the store and explained to Seth in the appliance department about the problem. Seth was the sales personwho sold me the set. He remembered me even though more than a month had passed. Without hesitation, Seth arranged for delivery of a new dryer that same week! The new one works perfectly and I have a lot of confidence in Best Buy. They take care of their customers. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The guys called in advance, showed up on time, and were professional. They finished the job in a timely manner and everything worked perfectly!

Installers were very polite. Reversing the door was a bit of a job, one of the cover plates broke when changing the door. I still need to call to get it replaced.

The two young men that installed my appliances were very quick, professional, and respectful. They made sure the appliances worked prior to leaving.

Had communication issues with installers. They tried. Maybe a english and Spanish speaking team would help them and customers. But they did work well together.

The person that came to install it was so sweet! My mom was the only person home and she only speaks Spanish and the gentleman was very polite and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner! My mom was so happy with the service she asked me to write this review!! Hopefully we can get more people like him!!

The guys did a great job installing our new dryer and removing the old one.

Team did an excellent job, timely, clean and efficient. But they were limited by the tools provided. The semi-rigid vent severely limits the space for the dryer to reach the vent on a side wall. I researched and found that Whirlpool makes a "Vent Periscope" that is only 2" deep. It connects to the side vent and tips back enough to leave room for the semi-rigid tube to have no need to bend around the machine. It costs around $20. It solved the problem, but I had to install the whole thing.

The apartment floor was not leveled but the installers took the time to adjust the legs of the dryer and make sure that it, at least, is level. Happily, I have not had to deal with strange dryer rumblings in the night.

dryer works great and very happy with all its functions, If you are a short person you may not want to have it stacked on top of a washer as it is hard to read the dials

The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. We will use Best Buy installation services again for our next purchase. He installed the dryer quickly and with no issues. He did a fantastic job!
