Like the fact that geek squad installed my drier since i have on record that it was done right. Hope i wont have issues with warranty in case i needed.

We’ve had 3 installations to date, and all the crews have been wonderful. I highly recommend using the Best Buy crew for installation of products. The communication prior to the installation was great, they texted right before arriving, and worked efficiently to get the job done. Nice having installation crews you can trust.

The technicians seemed knowledgable and knew what they were doing. They were friendly and finished the job very quickly. They took great care to ensure nothing got damaged.

Guys did a nice job but not how I would’ve done it. Delivery was late but Best Buy said they would be sending me a gift card for my inconvenience

the 2 young men did a great job considering the difficulty of getting to my basement. they hooked up the appliances and went over everthing they did and even suggested using sime shims on the dryer for leverage.

Geek Squad was very prompt at calling and letting me know where they were and asking for directions. Installilation was awesome. Didn't have to lift a finger.
