I had my washer and dryer installation scheduled for first thing in the morning on a weekday. The service person arrived on time, was efficient and did a great job. I would definitely recommend it.

The gentlemen took great care to place the dryer exactly where I wanted it. They showed me the different drying options and explained the different cycle modifiers.

unit works great considering the side vent kit from GE was not sized correctly by GE but had to be purchased by the buyer which seems to indicate an ongoing problem with the coordination with best buy and GE.

the installation was quick and the installers used all safety precautions. my only issue, is that the vent supplied, was the wrong kind to put on my dryer, and have it slide all the way back into it's space. they were not allowed to rehook my old velt hose, so my husband had to get down behind the dryer to install it himself. i paid for installation, so that he would not have to get down in that small space, but he had to anyway, with his bad back.

The 2 delivery person installed the dryer with additional base and after installing the vent tube , pushing it back against the wall they tested it and left. I got a ladder got ontop of dryer and found vent tube severly kinked. The power cord layed on the tube as they pushed dryer back and tube kinked around it. The base is not a good idea as it prevents one from looking over as its installed and without a ladder you'd never know how it is.

The installer installed the power cord and vent kit very quickly. They then checked to see if the dryer worked, which it did. The whole process took only five minutes. There was no hassle and no problems....

Free installation with required purchase of power cord and dryer vent. Arrived on time. Neatly dressed. Polite. Very fast Installation. Cleaned up and removed all of the packaging and made sure we knew how to operate it.
