Very polite and efficient; we're happy with the new dryer.

We are huge Best Buy fans and have always had delivery, but this was not a great experience. The installers didn’t call when they were on their way and we’re almost 45 minutes earlier than the delivery window (thankfully we were home!). I appreciate them being prompt, but it caused for unnecessary rushing when we weren’t expecting them for a while. They did a nice job stacking the new dryer on the washer with the stacking kit I ordered, but that was the extent of the install. They brought a rigid dryer vent kit (which obviously wouldn’t work for a dryer up in the air). They brought a power cord that was far too short. They told me (let me clarify - language was a definite challenge - I have NO idea what their accents were but it made for very difficult understanding!!!) that I had to go to Home Depot to buy the parts I needed and take care of it myself. What confused me was that they delivered the correct steam hoses for the dryer but refused to connect them - since they weren’t doing the rest of the install. Thankfully, the employees at the store were wonderful to work with to return the parts that were not installed. I give them 5 stars!!!!

Bottom line, the install 2-man team came prepared and the lead person knew exactly what he was doing. So no problems happened and outcome is what a customer would expect at the very least. 5-stars!

Excellent young men they have working for them. Very respectful, polite, careful and thorough. They know how to do things and it was refreshing.

BestBuy installer removed our old dryer and installed the new one quickly and without any problems.

The guys were great. They wore masks the entire time. It didn’t take them a long time to get my dryer working literally 10 minutes overall.

They came one time and did the installation quickly. They protected my walls properly and did not damage anything. The only thing I would recommend is that they use booties when walking inside.

The installers showed up on time, and quickly installed/balanced the dryer. They completed all necessary hookups, and removed the old dryer. They did a great job and knew what they were doing.

These guys were great they were in and out in less than an hour and made sure everything lined up perfectly

Installer had trouble getting vent in place and close enough to wall. But it is fine and we think they do a pretty good job overall.

The dryer was installed correctly and we have had no issues with it. Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner.

This was a replacement for a Dryer that wasn't operating properly. Best Buy facilitated the exchange and delivered the new appliance that works great.

This was a great little kit. Easy to install. Glad to be switching to an electric dryer from gas.

No worries getting installed.. the delivery was fast and installation was very nice

great size and as people mentioned that the lint alarm sounds each time but that is a great feature to avoid fires. larger than most so make sure you have the depth to install it correctly.

Overall item is good. Working just fine. Hope samsung will be improve their quality more in the future.
