My Insigna electric dryer is amazing I love it the old dryer was 20+ years old it was time for an upgrade

They were in and out in 20 minutes. Were able to connect everything with ease, and hauled off my old dryer. I didn't have to touch anything while they were here! Great group of guys!

They did a great job on the delivery and installation. Very professional and efficient. Unfortunately, when they left, I found several cut zip ties, a screw, and packaging for the dryer hose in the street. These likely fell under their truck but they need to check this before leaving the area.

The delivery guys showed up when they said they would called before they got there removed the old dryer hooked up the new one including new cord and vent and tested it took no time and they were gone very good

The guys were great. They wore masks the entire time. It didn’t take them a long time to get my dryer working literally 10 minutes overall.

These guys are definitely pros! They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. My delivery and installation window was 2pm to 6pm. They called at 12:15pm and were able to be here at 12:30pm. Being early almost never happens! They were in and out in less than 45 minutes! Everything was perfect and they cleaned everything before they left. AWESOME!

Luis Vargas and his team installed my washer and dryer. They were careful bringing the machines into the house and placing them in the correct spot. Once he tested the operation of the machines, Luis made sure the washer and dryer were properly balanced. At all times, Luis was professional and everything went smoothly. So thankful BestBuy offers such a terrific service.

The 2 delivery person installed the dryer with additional base and after installing the vent tube , pushing it back against the wall they tested it and left. I got a ladder got ontop of dryer and found vent tube severly kinked. The power cord layed on the tube as they pushed dryer back and tube kinked around it. The base is not a good idea as it prevents one from looking over as its installed and without a ladder you'd never know how it is.

They worked well as a team because everything went smoothly being this was our first time with stackable units I was worried about tearing them up well worth the money to have theses installed and my old units taken away

the installation was quick and the installers used all safety precautions. my only issue, is that the vent supplied, was the wrong kind to put on my dryer, and have it slide all the way back into it's space. they were not allowed to rehook my old velt hose, so my husband had to get down behind the dryer to install it himself. i paid for installation, so that he would not have to get down in that small space, but he had to anyway, with his bad back.

They did a great job installing my applaince. No complaints here.

I had my washer and dryer installation scheduled for first thing in the morning on a weekday. The service person arrived on time, was efficient and did a great job. I would definitely recommend it.
