The dryer was installed properly but they neglected to connect the water line for the steam function.

there were 2 guys that installed the dryer and it went very smoothly. No nicks on my walls. They made sure it fit perfectly without any scratching.

I'm very happy with the efficiency, knowledge, professionalism, and speed in which my new washer and dryer were installed. Back in 2016 when I purchased a brand new Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot, those delivery guys couldn't do anything but deliver. Today in 2023, Best Buy truly delivered and installed!

we bought a washer and dryer from Best buy and geek squad came out and hooked up everything to make sure that it was done properly and they did a great job

Great crew with the installation. Units are working well. Not too much else to say about it. Only been 3 months, but everything seems to be holding up ok.

The laundry room is quite small so the installation of the washer and the dryer is tricky. The installers listened to my suggestions and had the dryer instaledl quickly and professionally.

Both James and sorry, didnt catch the other guys name were great. They could not complete the dryer filter installation but it was because the town home unit had a missing piece.they politely explained to me.I called my maintenance team who insisted the piece would fit after looking and trying they concluded what the best buy team told me, the dryer vent area was cracked and needed to be replaced to put my new one in. The unit was still tested out and worked .hopefully within 2 days ill be able to actually use it! Thanks

Installation was installed correctly, but the installers did not show up at the scheduled time. They showed up 2 hours before the time frame.
