Installation went great the gentlemen were quick but did the job correctly the first time and cleaned up after themselves. They even saved me some money in the long run from my first purchase.

We had a little set back due my lack of knowledge that I needed to purchase a kit to install my stackable washer and dryer, I thought the kit was included since it was the first time I bought one. After getting the kit the installation went great.

unit works great considering the side vent kit from GE was not sized correctly by GE but had to be purchased by the buyer which seems to indicate an ongoing problem with the coordination with best buy and GE.

Best Buy showed me they wanted my business they matched and beat the price every place i looked this dryer works great cleans great and ivlove that i can see what is wrong with it on my phone if anything happens.

We are huge Best Buy fans and have always had delivery, but this was not a great experience. The installers didn’t call when they were on their way and we’re almost 45 minutes earlier than the delivery window (thankfully we were home!). I appreciate them being prompt, but it caused for unnecessary rushing when we weren’t expecting them for a while. They did a nice job stacking the new dryer on the washer with the stacking kit I ordered, but that was the extent of the install. They brought a rigid dryer vent kit (which obviously wouldn’t work for a dryer up in the air). They brought a power cord that was far too short. They told me (let me clarify - language was a definite challenge - I have NO idea what their accents were but it made for very difficult understanding!!!) that I had to go to Home Depot to buy the parts I needed and take care of it myself. What confused me was that they delivered the correct steam hoses for the dryer but refused to connect them - since they weren’t doing the rest of the install. Thankfully, the employees at the store were wonderful to work with to return the parts that were not installed. I give them 5 stars!!!!

Both James and sorry, didnt catch the other guys name were great. They could not complete the dryer filter installation but it was because the town home unit had a missing piece.they politely explained to me.I called my maintenance team who insisted the piece would fit after looking and trying they concluded what the best buy team told me, the dryer vent area was cracked and needed to be replaced to put my new one in. The unit was still tested out and worked .hopefully within 2 days ill be able to actually use it! Thanks

there were 2 guys that installed the dryer and it went very smoothly. No nicks on my walls. They made sure it fit perfectly without any scratching.

The installer installed the power cord and vent kit very quickly. They then checked to see if the dryer worked, which it did. The whole process took only five minutes. There was no hassle and no problems....

Bottom line, the install 2-man team came prepared and the lead person knew exactly what he was doing. So no problems happened and outcome is what a customer would expect at the very least. 5-stars!

Very nice techs. One was training the other and was explaining all the details very well. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is my wood floor was scratched in the process.

We used the Geek Squad installation service for our dryer. They did an excellent job with installing the dryer and making sure it worked properly.

The team was very professional and helpful. They did an awesome job of installing the dryer and pedestals for us.
