Guy showed up on time and installed my dryer very neatly. Didn’t damage my floors in the process

The Best Buy installation team arrived on time - in fact early. They were great, install the machines very quickly and everything worked.

The guys who installed our washer and dryer were fantastic. They didn't scrape any walls, they moved the equipment up the stairs efficiently and everything worked right away. They showed us how to run the units.

The dryer went in without a hitch. How can you screw up a dryer installation? The reason we had them do the installation was to have them bring the new one to the house, carry it inside (no stairs) set up the new one, and carry out and dispose of the old one. Wasn't something we couldn't do our selves, we just didn't want to do all of the incidental work. They were quick, polite, and didn't mess up the house any. Also had their masks and booties on. Also, this was a different crew than the one who wouldn't install the washer originally, 10 days later.

l really like this dryer. It works very well so far. Will see in the further. Have only had for a few months.

Installation was so quick and professional. My husband is intimated by electronics but they showed him how to use the washer & dryer and made sure he could demonstrate their use. 100 % great job.

Install was great. Except after they left while trying to load with wet clothes, realized that installers did not level dryer and door would not stay open, after I leveled machine door stayed open

Professional put in and works fantastic on time aswell

The install was for my son’s new appliance at their new place. At first the appointment was an all day appointment - turned into a slot appointment. When they did not arrive we called and was informed they were running a little late. 2 hours later still no one. Called again and told running late still. They arrived 7 hours later. We understand they run late but the issue was we had to keep calling for updates. The text we were supposed to get for updates DID NOT HAPPEN. On a good note the install guys were friendly and nice.

Luis Vargas and his team installed my washer and dryer. They were careful bringing the machines into the house and placing them in the correct spot. Once he tested the operation of the machines, Luis made sure the washer and dryer were properly balanced. At all times, Luis was professional and everything went smoothly. So thankful BestBuy offers such a terrific service.
