2nd team did the job

Amazing Service

My delivery and installation window was 2pm to 6pm. They called at 12:15pm and were able to be here at 12:30pm. Being early almost never happens! They were in and out in less than 45 minutes! Everything was perfect and they cleaned everything before they left. AWESOME!

Salesmen need to improve communication

When we purchased the dryer we asked the salesman if it vented through the bottom as we had our previous dryer on a custom built stand. He said yes it did so I thought that the delivery people would come with the necessary parts to make that happen. The company that came to do the install was very nice but didn't have what they needed to complete the job. They set a second appointment and that team couldn't complete it either. They said that a "site survey" should have been set by the salesman from the beginning so that the installers would know what was going to be needed. We purchased the dryer on July 10th and it took until August 10th to finally get the job done. The staff from the companies who came out were nice and friendly and I don't really blame them. The initial salesperson should have handled the job differently the moment I told him the dryer needed to vent from the bottom because of our lack of extra room in our laundry room. So....I am happy with the dryer now that they have finally completed the installation.

very fast and curtious installers

They were right on time and quickly collected the old washer and dryer and took away. I bout the Hose kit for washer and the vent and new electric cord for dryer. They installed and hooked up everything in like 15 minutes and the leader of the crew even spent 5-10 minutes going through all the options and started up both for a test wash and dry to show everything was working as it should. They did a totally awesome job. Compared to the hassle of picking up the washer and dryer on my own, unboxing, and installing, there was no question that we made right choice for them to do all of the above. Great JOB!
