NO. Delivery company was really late (with no communication about being late). Plug didn't match and they didn't have the correct one to put on. The vent they installed was too big. Paid for installation and still had to go figure it out myself. Each appliance has it's own installation team but was told they could group fridge with this. Except when delivery arrived, it wasn't there and I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment. The whole Best Buy delivery experience was a disaster. Just don't.

Definitely worth Getting the free install if you can. But check up on things. They didn't leave me a lot of the user guides/information on the products, and they ended up putting in the wrong power cord and when I tried to return it I was told it wasn't even one they sold, so chances are they accidentally put on a cord from another install. I got it straightened out but ended up having to search for user guides and setup information online. But the installers were very friendly and quick, and didn't leave a mess after they left.

I'm a single female and did not want to take on the task of installation myself. The two men who delivered and installed my machines were very professional and fast. They were extremely friendly.

With my dryer installation, they took down the old one and installed the new one with no problems. My wash room is upstairs so this was a big deal for me--definitely worth the $.

It was easy to install within 15-20 minutes and then they did a test run on product. I received the paperwork for installation and that was it.

The guys came out and carried the dryer up 2 flights of stairs with no complaints. They did a quick test and recommended I run it a little while to get rid of that "new dryer smell." Works great!
