The Installation that came with my dryer was quick and extremely professional. They had to carry it upstairs and had no issues.

The crew was able to install the dryer with ease and very effectively. They were there on-time and were able to hook up with no problem.

Installers seemed very careful. Installation was very quick and early in the time frame they gave us. There was a dent on the top of the machine that I noticed after they left the house. I caught them before they left the driveway and had them come back and look at it. We had a washer installed too and there were dents on the top of that too. It was hard to believe that they didn’t notice the dents.

So far so good... 3..! The installation of both, my Samsung washer and dryer, was quick yet efficient. The 2 man crew did a great job.

The two men who delivered this dryer were very polite, clean, and on time. It was a quick hookup and the tech made sure to explain the functions.

We had a little set back due my lack of knowledge that I needed to purchase a kit to install my stackable washer and dryer, I thought the kit was included since it was the first time I bought one. After getting the kit the installation went great.

Techs had to install with stack kit. Very quick, knowledgeable service. Left clean ready to go, no packing material left behind!

My guys were great. They called 20 minutes prior to arrival and came to where I directed them. They had the old machines out and the new ones in in about 15 minutes. Very impressive!

Very nice techs. One was training the other and was explaining all the details very well. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is my wood floor was scratched in the process.

Product is good so far, Installation was a pain. At first they were reluctant in getting the product installed on 2nd for, as it was not mentioned to them (they said). Then they did change their mind and did a partial installation of washer and dryer. Rep Installing was not helpful in providing answers to my questions.

Everything works and I’m glad I didn’t have to carry this heavy dryer down my basement stairs so thanks dudes

Really quick and really clean installation. No issues. And the guys were cordial as well.

Experienced installers leveled the unit, attached the lint pipe and removed the old dryer up the stairs. Worth every penny.
