The delivery and install team did a great job. One thing they missed though is the dryer electric cord clamp. The connection wires come out of the back of the dryer and without the clamp can move, rub and deteriorate over time without the clamp holding the line in place. Could be dangerous. Would ask they come out to fix and install correctly.

The Best Buy installers showed up on time, they were efficient, friendly and made sure we were comfortable with the new dryer before leaving.

Absolutely top notch, Jose and his co-worker are the best installers that I ever encountered, they called ahead of time to let me know that they were on the way and then when the showed up, they had the installation done in record time, incredible, also they were very professional and very courtesy, I am having a washing machine installed next month and hope very much that I get them again for the installation, thank you Jose.

The guys showed up on a gravel road and moved the New washer and dryer into a tight space and had everything up and running in 15 minutes. Complete white glove service with zero concerns.

Installers seemed very careful. Installation was very quick and early in the time frame they gave us. There was a dent on the top of the machine that I noticed after they left the house. I caught them before they left the driveway and had them come back and look at it. We had a washer installed too and there were dents on the top of that too. It was hard to believe that they didn’t notice the dents.
