came on time delivery and installation. did excellent job with installation. flipped the front door to open to the left. no problem since installation

Overall good. The installer just didn't level the washer and dryer but I was able to do that on my own.

First time was excellent (don't want to blame install for exchanging dryer). Second time - technician was rude. Asked questions as if - we did not know what we were talking about. Started off questionable - with the phone call stating they were on the way. He seemed as if he were upset about us exchanging the product. Gave a 4-star because the first technician was professional.

Washer and dryer install I had 3 different crews on this install. The first was great. Unfortunately they couldn’t install the gas dryer (code violation) can’t install gas dryer in a bathroom anymore in Maryland. I got an electrician, a dryer plug . Next crew didn’t bring the dryer! 3 times the charm . Still another crew they were not very friendly and complained about putting my back door back on . It was free

The service was on time and quick and VERY professional.

My guys were great. They called 20 minutes prior to arrival and came to where I directed them. They had the old machines out and the new ones in in about 15 minutes. Very impressive!

The installation team was very professional. They noticed a light that wasn't functioning as intended and gave very clear instructions on how to get the situation fixed. Had they not pointed it out, we may not have known it wasn't functioning properly!

The deliver guys were excellent and polite and took care not to bump walls and make sure their shoes were clean. They were quick yet thorough and made sure to answer any questions we had.

Why break your back when you can have it delivered installed and working correct the first time if you’re stacking it’s way easier watching than doing install. It’s complete and running.
