Handle with care and gave us information and tested the machine before they left

The installers did a good job when it finally got installed. The Dryer Door needed to be reversed to fit in the laundry room. Installer told me that he didn't know how to do that. I told him to look at the Owners Manual to figure it out. It wasn't my job as the buyer. It took a while, they got an education and they got it reversed !!! Overall, it was a Good Experience when it was done.

The crew who installed the washer and dryer was top notch. Will definitely pick for delivery and installation if i buy another product that may need it.

The installation team did an outstanding job of getting our dryer up stairs, no scratches. The setup was quick and they took time to explain the process and expectations, once completed.

I was very satisfied either the installation from start to finish. Team was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the dryer. Delivery is the only way to go.

The delivery guy is knowledgeable. Installed appliance and showed me how to function the new equipment. Installation was quick and seamless with the washer and dryer.

The original team did not install my dryer correctly. I had to do my own research and speak to 4 different people to get someone scheduled to come out. The very friendly gentlemen came in, took one look, and told me they could not fix the problem. I spoke to a very kind customer service representative that explained they did not have the parts they needed to fix the problem. I explained that I fully explained the problem to the first four people I spoke to. I’m just confused why best buy would send out people who do not do the job efficiently and then not address my problem the FIRST time. Either complete the task right the first time or have a more efficient customer service infrastructure. My space is not functional and it is preventing/complicating a long anticipated move. I could have sent pictures and videos for everything to be addressed properly the first time.

Would give 5 stars except that warehouse couldn’t located the item on the original delivery date. That was not an issue with the delivery team, who kept us informed on what to expect. So good communication from the delivery team. Warehouse found it and it was delivered on the next day. Good delivery crew: nice, experienced and kept us informed about the status, and BTW responsive to calls.

The two installers showed up a little early and were very professional and very quick. They even clear out the boxes and trash! Would definitely recommend Best Buy install.

This is for a stacking LG washer dryer installed in a relatively tight closet. The initial Best Buy installation crew told us that the drain pan that was installed in the closet was too small. Probably correct, though I can't be sure, frankly. We got a new, larger pan. The second crew came and refused to install the washer and dryer, insisting that he closet was not deep enough to have enough clearance for the vent behind the dryer. We canceled the order. The third crew came to pick them up; they looked at them and said: of course there's enough clearance for the dryer vent, especially if a more flexible vent was used than the one that was sold to me. They had such a flexible vent in the truck. They asked if I would like to keep them, and they would install them. I said sure. They did so, very well, and the washer/dryer have been working very well. The third crew said that the crew before them "were just lazy; they just didn't want to install these stacking units in a tight closet, because that's difficult to do. Third crew would have gotten 5 starts. Second crew gets zero stars. Not sure about the first crew.

I was very pleased with the Best Buy install and the overall customer experience. They installed the dryer so that the door opened opposite from the washer door, making it easy for loading.

Very Quick service. Technicians came in checked out the space, and then brought in the equipment and installed. They got rid of all the boxes and foam for us and gave some operating instructions

The 1st team that came out seemed knowledgeable but I had a plumbing problem and needed a Plummer before install could happen. Got the plunking done and reschuled the install. It was a different set of guys and when it came to my hinge reversal he didn't seem confident but her started taking it all apart and trying to put back together. He kept fumbling around and couldn't get the door back on (he didn't switch the hinges on the door) and he had another part I knew was in the wrong spot and when I told him he kept trying to put it there. I finally said don't worry about it we will finish it and they left. When we went to work on it we realized he had removed screws that held the metal plate behind the front of the washer and there was no way for us to put the door back on. Had to do an exchange and the guy scratched the washer so we were exchanging that to. The 3rd team to come out were different guys again and didn't know how to do the hinge reversal but I'm glad they were honest about it and didn't try until it was broken. So the 4th team to come out again different guys said they knew how to do it and they did and it was reversed. However, when switching between opening at the top and at the side something is sticking and I have to poull hard twice to get it to open. We are supposed to have another team (I requested the first people) come out to look at it. Hopefully they can fix it and we can be done with this.

The two guys who delivered this washer and dryer exceeded expectations and did an awesome job with the install. They were friendly and professional. This is hard to find these days.

I purchased an Electric Dryer Install, 3-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection, Home Delivery and Professional Haul-Away or Movement or Recycle Service. Unfortunately the installers said they would not reverse the laundry door, they told me to schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad. I called to schedule an appointment, and they said this service was not included. Little disappointing.

The installation was performed very well. The team members were very professional and polite. They worked really fast and the washer and dryer set is working very nice.
