I was kept apprised of the delivery window, was contacted when they were on their way, and they arrived promptly. The team was professional and friendly, and made sure the washer was installed properly, ran a test cycle, and checked that I understood how to use it. They asked if I had any questions. I was very comfortable with them in my home, and would be happy to utilize this service again.
