This dryer works very well. The people from Best Buy were professional and on time and would recommend them

Install went beautifully. The old dryer washer was moved to garage as requested. All hook up was timely and professionally handled.

So I purchased this dryer and it works well. The Squad hauled off my old dryer. They installed the new one and brought the necessary installation tools.

They were punctual. They were friendly. Then they promptly installed some heavy stuff. During this process they didn’t damage anything. Can’t ask for more. Thanks!

Guys that came and installed it were super nice and friendly. Easy to talk to and good communication with them the day before and day of install to get a time to be home for it. Would recommend having these guys come out and install your appliances any day

To be fair to the installers, this unit was an "open package" produce that I purchased from the Best Buy showroom floor. None of us knew that some of the parts were missing. The salesman assured me that the product had been tested before we purchased it, but he was unaware that the original package included water connections for a "steam" function on the dryer. The installers did not get those parts, so we had to solve the problem later with Best Buy - and the store did at no charge.

They knew what they were doing and made everything excellent! Great product

Very efficient team who delivered appliances to my home. Explained what they were doing and hooked up without a hitch. Then made sure to try it out with me watching.

They installed, took time to work around a size/space issue and were careful not to scratch or bump any newly painted walls.

Very satisfied with the two fellows who delivered and installed our new dryer. A modification of the vent was necessary which they performed with no problem. I'm satisfied with their work.

They had the dryer wired incorrectly. I had to have an electrician come out to fix it. Also, they said the washer and dryer didn't need to be level, just stable. But in the owners manual, it says both units need to be level! SO we had to level it ourselves. Never again will I have Best Buy install a product.
