    Washer and dryer is installed with no issues but during the installation while moving the stacked dryer our flooring was damaged.

    No call day before to narrow delivery window. Showed up 20 minutes early and left after 10. I was told they wait 15. Thought they were just delivering when it was an install. Kept power cable i was forced to purchase when dryer came with its own.

    Hey Best Buy, Don’t advertise the installation of you are not going to put in the time and effort to train your installers. The work was garbage and I had to reinstall once I got home. They crushed the exhaust vent tube and left at least an inch gap trying to connect it. Sad part is they left the offset pieces in the box. They didn’t secure the cord connector so eventually the metal edge would have rubbed through the cord and shorted the machine. PATHETIC and you should be embarrassed of the workmanship.

    The strain relief for the cord where it goes through the hole in the dryer was not installed even though it's included with the cord. I went back to best buy and had the sales person give me a new cord and installed it myself. This is an important item to keep the cord from getting cut by the sharp metal around the hole.

    When the installer came to take away the old washer and dryer, they broke the condensation line for our AC unit causing water to drain straight through the floor and the ceiling below. No one from customer support is helping us. We've tried to file a claim to just get offers for small gift cards. ITS A SLAP IN THE FACE after paying over 2k for W/D install and removal. This is a serious problem and leaving us with no AC at the hottest point in the year. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE

    The third party installers were timely and efficient, but did not satisfactorily install my dryer. The rigid vent that was sold to me with the dryer was not suitable for my space requirements, even though they were within the posted specs for the dryer I purchased. The installer informed me that this was not an uncommon problem with Best Buy dryer installs. They told me I had to contact Best Buy to rectify the situation. Long story short... I had to purchase a flexible dryer vent and do the installation myself.

    Terrible. I had you come twice because there was lint everywhere. Second team you sent just kept telling me it was right and didn’t speak English well. Today I paid someone else to pull out dryer to check and the vent wasn’t even attached. This could have caused a fire.

    The guys that cake were polite and prompt, but the broke the nozzle on our water and the vent hose was badly kinked. We had to go buy one to avoid issues with it clogging.

    I paid for the install of my new dryer. when the installer first got done with the install I couldn't close the doors to my laundry area. the guys pushed the dryer back, jamming it against the wall so I could barely close the doors and they said that's all they could do and they left. See pics below. After they left I had to pull the dryer out, crawl behind the unit, cut the discharge tube, and push the dryer back where it should have been originally, so I have good clearance for the doors.

    Unhappy with washer Dryer installation

    Long story short after three attempts to have a washer and dryer delivered over the span of almost 2 months I am left with a damaged dryer. First delivery of the washer dryer did not fit, second delivery geek squad did not install dryer vent properly after I asked them to please reinstall A clamp on the hose and third visit I was notified that the dryer had a huge dent on the front from the original delivery and installation. When I asked to have another set delivered I was told the appliances were no longer carried by Best Buy. Currently the situation is unresolved. I had waited almost 4 years to purchase the washer and dryer and took off a week in November to have it delivered and installed. Very disappointed.

    The Geek Squad installers that best buy hires are incompetent and will do not care about installing your appliance. They are contracters that will rush to install the product so they can get paid per job and then ask for a tip! The installers KEPT the hoses that I need for steam hookup for this drier and REFUSED to hookup the steam for me. ALSO, I purchased a vent hose which was REQUIRED to be installed, and they DESTROYED it in the install process (pictures below)! Buy your appliances elsewhere! Best Buy does not care about customer service or the quality of the product after you have paid.

    Not only did they not install my dryer, they made it so I couldn't do it myself. I had to go to home depot to pick up the vent they ripped out of my wall in order to finish the install. They didn't even want to replace what they damaged, or come back to finish the install once the repairs were complete. Very very bad business. I've spent thousands of dollars here and I hope this is the first and last time they do this. The few positives were they seemed like really good guys and they did good on the washer. Just wish they would have owned up to there mistake.

    The guy was great but they did a horrible hole on my wall and they don’t say anything about that. Also i think the dryer tube has a hole.

    I would not call it professional. Power cord(paid by me) he installed was used. I asked installer to make the went is short as possible or do not use it at all. Best Buy needs to check their professional technicians. Not long time ago another tech installed my new fridge, forgot to turn off water during installation (water was everywhere). I am trying to be understanding but not anymore.

    Not hooked up and bent door

    The installers did not know how to reverse the hinge damaged the door, bent the door so now it it extremely hard to open or close. They left with out hooking up the vent house and told my wife you have used up all the time you get we are leaving. They even left some of the film all over both washer and dryer. The parts they removed were left in my front yard which blew down the street so my wife had to walk down the street cleaning up after them.

    Dryer not installed and can't get installer back

    The dryer was delivered on June 15, unpacked, but NOT installed. My builder and I have been trying to get the BB installer back for 8 days now to install dryer cord on the dryer and plug into power source. We have to cancel a major inspection today because of this failure to install. We are having the same problems with the washer and the frig.

    The installers left a bunch of debris in the street in front of my driveway left over from them unpacking the appliance, they didn't remove the tape from the door(s), and my personal favorite, I'm pretty sure I shouldn't be seeing the Red / Black / White / Green conductors from the brand new dryer's power cord hangin out of the back of my dryer.

    The third-party installers who did my stackable washer and dryer scratched up my appliance bringing it to my condo. They scratched up my hardwoods and did not remove the bolts off the back of the appliance which caused it to shake and vibrate. It took me a while to figure out why it was rocking and shaking loudly. I suggest using Geek Squad installers only.

    Dangerous installation. Only 6 inches and one 90° turn needed. Instead installed with two at 90° turns and one at 180° turns and full 24-in extension. This was dangerous and contrary to code
