Difficult!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took two dryers and 3 trips with varying opinions why they could not complete the new venting, before the last installers completed the job. One told me we needed to cut a larger hole in the wall and the next one did they could not go through the garage to the outside from the laundry room, only from the laundry room to the outside. Eventually they did agree to finish the job and it didn’t take them but 15 minutes.

They were professional

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The gentlemen were polite and professional. 4 stars because Best Buy was told that the dryer needed to be switched due to laundry room setup. They did not know how to change the door. They did make a suggestion of switching appliance locations but that would require changing the shelving and I had concerns about the crossing of electrical cords, vent tubing and water lines.

Installers were excellent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although installers were excellent they were unable to hook up the dryer vent because Best Buy only sells a large rigid vent which would not fit in my space even though i was assured it would fit when I informed the salesperson of my space requirements Installers had to leave without hooking up the dryer I had to return the vent , go elsewhere to get a different one and get someone else to hook up the dryer
