I have nothing but praise for Justin, my technician! First delivery, dryer did not fit space; had to return. Purchased a different complet set and when delivered, dryer began to smoke! It was removed and upon a third delivery Justin to the rescue! He successfully set up new dryer and also found some problems with my exhaust and fixed them for me, without me even asking. I can’t say enough how professional and pleasant Justin was! Anyone who gets hims as their technician is blessed!

Electric dryer installation was fast and the two men who brought my dryer were very professional and kind.

The gentleman that brought our Dryer to our house to hook up was very friendly, and showed me all the things that are needed to use the dryer.

We just moved into the area and needed a new refrigerator, washer and dryer. The same 2 man team delivered these items on 2 separate days. They were the most professional delivery guys ever! They were extremely careful and yet fast. The installations were accompanied with pertinent questions for the best looking installations. They even pointed out a dent on the top of the washer that was there when they opened the shipping crate. They also demonstrated the use of each appliance and did not leave until they were satisfied that we understood the operation of each item.

They are such pros about delivery. Fast, polite and no mess.

The Best Buy team does a great job of hiring people that do a great job with delivery/installation. 2 young guys delivered our appliances to our new house and wore their masks, booties and were very careful not to damage our walls, etc. They then showed us briefly how to use our appliances and asked if we had any questions. I have had them deliver appliances in the past and would never buy anywhere else because of the quality customer service.

I am a total advocate when it comes to Best Buy products, appliances, services and Total Tech Geek Squad annual insurance program. I would shop anywhere but Best Buy. This recent Electric Clothes Dryer installation, as well as the installation of every major appliance I have ever purchased from Best Buy is by far and none EXCELLENCE PERSONIFIED in every regard!!!
