If I could give 0 stars, I would. The techs crushed my dryer hose and I had to replace it. They also destroyed the tray around my washer and dryer to prevent water leaks. It took 5 attempts to get installed, twice they showed up without some of the parts. I will never use Best Buy installation services again.

Washer and dryer were delivered on time with no problems. The dryer was not properly prepped for side exhaust and they couldn't install the stack unit. We did the installation ourselves. Fortunately installing the side exhaust was fairly easy. Don't know why it wasn't done prior to deliverly.

The first installers (Jose) lied about an issue with the valves at my house, I had to call a plumber and was told everything was in excellent condition ready for installation. The appliances were not installed the first time and I had to wait another week for another installers to tell me the first installers were lazy because no issue was found with the valves.

Dryer hookup was not done correctly. 8 ft of hose was used for a 2 ft span and the dryer was 6-8" away from the wall. Also, the elbow provided with the vent kit was not used and the connection to dryer was crimped. The technician said he didn't have time to complete the work correctly.

My delivery was the last stop of the day said the driver and the installation verified that disappointment especially having to wait a whole month to receive it

The contractors installed the wrong power cord for my dryer and wouldn't replace it with the right cord. They said they weren't electricians. They even installed the wrong cord wrong and left off the clamp that keeps the wires from pulling away from the dryer. They also left trash behind.

Best Buy should offer a refund for “required” parts used in the installation that the manufacturer already and the old plugs still works. It’s almost $100 of unnecessary parts NOT required at all for installation. The installation guys were polite. Best Buy as a company needs to do better. Now what am I supposed to do with these parts some brand new?

The worst dryer installation I have seen. The pipe was too long and crushed. The dryer was unable to dry our clothes because of this. The connection to the dryer and the house was loose. Dust & lint are everywhere. Only half of the connection was taped.

Damaged floors ans walls in a brand new house, wired wrong, showed up with appliances tipped over in a trailer. Never reached out to make it right...roughly $2000.00 in damages...unacceptable

They didn't wire up the dryer at all. They plugged it in and damaged my home. After an electrical contractor fixed everything I filed the bill with Geek Squad's insurance and they paid me for the damages. Keep an eye on the installers if you have no other choice. See image of what they call an "installation"

They didn’t install anything. They came and said it couldn’t be installed. That they couldn’t do it. So my guy called his friend over and they installed both washer and dryer. We waited 30 days for them to come and tell us they were not going to do it. If I could leave no stars I would.

I was so excited to get a new dryer.. I noticed my clothes were not drying fast enough and it was leaking water underneath. So I decided to look at my new Vent to make sure it was connected the right Nope! They never replaced it after I paid for it.

I had 5 teams to come before they completed installation. Still have some minor crews missing and they left without balancing the dryer. They even never tried stopping the noise of the unbalanced dryer, instead just left. The product installation teams are very rude and they don't follow a proper product installation from the manual. Most likely not properly trained to do the job correctly.

The technicians that delivered the Washer/Dryer were punctual and polite. The only issue I had with the delivery was that they put 2 big dents in the dryer when they unloaded it out of the truck. I was promised that Best Buy would contact me to arrange a return or a discount. This never happened.

Cracked counter, scratch refrigerator face plate damaged

Specifically bought a part for the dryer vent hose to help the dryer fit closer to the wall that’s behind the dryer. The installer didn’t understand what I was saying. There was a communication barrier. The end result was what he thought I wanted which is on the side of the dryer.

If I could give this installation a Zero I would. Other than playing Plinko with the dryer on the way to the laundry room, the dryer exhaust tube was not attached to the exhaust pipe. My review on the washer installation is even better... and yes, this was not done by contractors. Geek Squad.

6 weeks later and still do not have a fully functional dryer despite several visits to switch the washer/dryer around and the resolve the dryer vent. Best Buys insistence on employing useless third party contractors has yet to remedy the vent overheat warning

Horrible very Bad!!!!!!! Very bad service Would not buy from them The tec can’t do their job They damaged the vent from my dryer!!! I got them today and I can’t use it I have to wait 24 hours for them to come fix it

This I believe has to do a lot with ordering online. They do not tell you what you need. I had to go back to the store to purchase and reschedule the installation
