Great installers, they know what they are doing, best price ever! the only problem is that the store delayed my install date due to out of stock? Really, got my money and had to reschedule several times because they’d didn’t have my dryer on stock! I also bought the item on Black Friday and that was the main reason of the delay. I’m glad I got my appliances and they’re all working fine!

Best Buy-Geek Squad installation team did a great job. Notified me ahead of time of their arrival, which was within the scheduled window and were on-time. Unpacked the appliances outside of the condo and cleaned up all debris. Ding free movement of the appliances into the Townhouse and no damage to floor or walls as they completed the installation. Wish these guys could do all my purchase installations!!

The two gentlemen who showed up were very professional and timely. They took care of installing the dryer and hauled away ournold Maytag. They even switched the dryer door so it opened on the opposite side ( with a fee). No complaints!

Installation of vent wasn't done properly. But, Once reached customer care they handled promptly and now everything running somethly and effeciently.
