This dryer works so efficiently. And I love the steam feature! And how wonderful is it to get a text that tells me when the dryer is finished. It even saved me when a code appeared regarding checking our vent. We hired a company who went on the roof and discovered a broken and very clogged vent. After cleaning the dryer began working perfectly.

I can't speak for other towns, but our Best Buy has a great group of delivery people. We have had most of our appliances replaced this past year plus a new TV and each time they have been very friendly, helpful, and polite. When the wrong stove had accidentally been delivered for my folks living here (I had no idea since it looked like the one that was purchased), the store noticed the error, called us up, and worked out a quick exchange of the appliance. I am very grateful for the excellent service our local store and their delivery service has to offer our community.

We had our second dryer delivered, the first was defective, and the gentleman who dropped it off and installed it was excellent. Professional and thorough.

Best Buy technicians were great! They arrived promptly and delivered and installed the washer and dryer seamlessly. They kept COVID-19 protocols and we felt very safe while they did their thing. They cleaned everything up and got rid of all the cardboard box and materials inside once they were done. They took the time to show us where the manual was and how to run the washer and dryer and even ran a cycle for us to test run it.

Two gentlemen showed up on time. They knew exactly what needed to be done and within a short timeframe the dryer was operational and running great.

I had to schedule 3 times the installation by a Best Buy contractor. The 1st time, the chief tech said that he cannot install it, b/c the stacking kit was missing. Best Buy didn't recommend it to me when I ordered Samsung Dryer, as it did with other accessories. So, I had to go back to the store in Westbury to ask for one, and the consultant chose that for me. The 2nd team of installers called twice to notify that they were on their way to my home, but they never came on the scheduled day. The 3rd one did it, but I had to tell them that I would pay them to install it (the master said that the beginning that, allegedly, the stacking kit was not good). And I gave them a fat tip at the end.

This service is very good and fast, I had no issues with the dryer and it is really a good thing.
