Dryer installation

They sent a man and a woman for the delivery and installation. They had forgotten the lift straps to move things around. They had forgotten the dryer vent kit. After they were finished and gone, I noticed that the dryer was an inch higher than the washer and had to spend another hour moving it in and out to get at and adjust the leveling feet so that they were the same height. This should have been checked and corrected by your so-called professionals.

Very Professional & Curteous

They followed up a few days later to check on everything. There was a small issue with the dryer that I mentioned that was not an installation issue. Even though it wasn’t related to installation, the tech still researched it for me and called me back with the solution. He was very professional and really seemed to care that we had a good experience. I’ve already decided to use Geek Squad for another unrelated service based on this interaction.

Installer caught an issue that we did not even need a new dryer. Issue was in the fuse panel and he repaired the wiring himself so we could use our dryer. Still kept the new one because it was needed. Highly recommend having the pros do the installs.

Excellent job but didn't flip door
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was for a house I have in Portland, OR and the installers were courteous, efficient, personable but hadn't been trained on flipping the door and said they weren't supposed to do that. The installation description on-line specifically included that. Once they left, I found instructions and flipped it myself. Had they done it, this would've been a 5 star review.

Amazing installation

They were an advocate for us and the first dryer had a dent so they helped get us a replacement. Not only was the installation flawless but the customer service can not be beat. that is why I continue to be a Best Buy customer
