Worst service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Damaged my entrance door at the time of delivery and is not fixed yet after a month, charged for parts, but didn't follow the basics of installation Tagged On the FACE OF PRODUCT! The installer crushed and broke the vent and left. I have a large laundry space and they could easily adjust it as needed. Don't trust Best Buy's service. It is a waste of time and money.

Unprofessional installation cause water damage

Broke my control knob on washer installing dryer

Damage was noted and called in before they left. It is three weeks today and as far as I know nothing has been done, no one has advised when or what is going on other than to say it will be taken care of by BB.

Took wrong item during delivery

VERY Poor Installation

I was given wrong info!

He told me to buy one at Lowes & when tech cane back to install steam hose "if I was nice , maybe they would install the vent hose too"

Terrible experience

Also, trying to get a hold of customer service to help was a nightmare.

Installation not done correctly
