Electric dryer installation was a breeze very well done.

They were so informative. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable. Very pleased with their attitude, work, and work ethics.

The crew was on time. They were very professional and considerate in removing our old washing machine and installing our new.

it's a good thing I was there and watching as they unloaded and opened boxes. I noticed the machines were the wrong color and told them, I didn't think they had the right machines. But other than that they were great and did a good job of installing. Only thing negative I would point out is that I had the dryer door switced to the other side and I didn't make sure the door would stay open before they left.

The Best Buy team was on time and professional, our only complaint was that they ripped our vinyl floor during the installation. Our house was a new build and the home was only a few days old when the dryer was delivered so this was a little upsetting. The tech apologized but that was that. I would have liked some sort of follow-up with Best Buy but I'm sure the tech didn't report it.

Delivrty Guys were fast and efficient. Received when promised. This is the Replacement Amana Dryer. Had the first one for a month before it stopped drying on all but the High Heat Setting only. So far all settings have been drying on this one though it has only been a few weeks. Got the Amana Washer also. Basic Use and Affordability were key factors. Called Best Buy and spoke to a Manager whom was super nice. She suggested the replacement without me asking. Great Customer Service!

First delivery had a dryer that wasn’t working. It turned out that the outlet they installer was plugging into wasn’t working property, a fact that the installer was able to troubleshoot to determine for me. After I got that fixed it worked fine. The installer and customer service representatives were extremely patient with me transitioning into a new place and buying large appliances for the first time. Thank you Best Buy.

The day after installation, while doing my first two loads of wash, I had my elbow on the top of the dryer numerous times as I reached down into the new washer to remove clothes. I then discovered three dents on the left top edge of the dryer where I had rested my elbow with some stress, but I only weigh 130 pounds. It isn't like I stood on top of it and stomped up and down on it. I'm pretty sure the crew that installed it did not make these dents, and that we all would have noticed the dents after installation. But I cannot believe how vulnerable the top of this dryer is. Had I known the top of the dryer would dent so easily, I would not have chosen it. I will be talking to Best Buy about the problem, but I doubt they'll do anything about it. As far as the performance, I am very impressed. I just hate that my one-day-old dryer already has dents on the top of it.
