The only thing that I can say is that the delivery people should have worn shoe plastics so they don’t have to wear their dirty shoes inside the house.

best buy installation

I wish I was around, I would have asked them to reverse the drier door so that it opened to allow easier access for my wife to open the drier and load it from the washer. They left one of the hoses slightly loose also that was causing a leak.. easily fixed, though irritating

Only thing, I wanted my door reversed and they gave me some excuse about doing the switch to the door opening was not recommended because it would lessen the seal. Never heard such a thing. i just did not feel like dealing with that comment.

Living remotely is an awesome experience but shopping is almost impossible. I was between a rock and a hard spot after ordering a washer and dryer at Lowes for my rental 400 miles away. After the promised delivery date, I was informed that they could not deliver it for 30 days. I called Best Buy in Gresham, They not only beat the price but delivered it within 3 days. Thank you Tod and Kara for your awesome customer service. I will forever be in your debt.
