Bad Installment!

Delivery crews are top notch! Very impressed

They let us ask any questions about dryer (and washer) and they even let me do a super quick 1 min sweep under the old washer & dryer before installing new ones.

We had snow in the forecast the day of the delivery so I was worried it would be delayed. To my surprise, they called that morning and asked if they could come early so they could get in ahead of the snow. They were quick, polite, professional, and did all the right tests to make sure it was installed properly before they left. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes after installing both the washer and dryer. I would not hesitate to use Best Buy installs for future appliance purchases.

Not happy with it

I rnded up having to move the dryer and redo it bc the guy had it flip the wrong way. And He put the washer and dryer in where the doors opened opposite of each other. So i had to move them around myself so i could ipen both doors and easily move clothes out of washer and into dryer.
