Dryer install went easily and the dryer works fine

moved in to a brand new place and had the dryer and washer installed the same day, was wonderful and a load off of my back.

It was time to upgrade so I purchased the Samsung Dryer from Home Depot but the delivery wait time would be within 2-3 months. Then I went to Bestbuy and purchased the same Samsung Dryer and it was delivered within two days. I recommend Bestbuy for their delivery services on this product. Great Installation!!! I gove it 4 becasue the did the installation outside when they can do it inside with a lot of space and everything was in order but they deside to do it outside in the middle of the road!!! Recommend if you dont have no one to pick it up

Service, delivery, and installation was all great by best buy! Would 100% recommend.

While pushing the dryer in to the laundry closet the vent got "smashed" at the dryer end. Was replaced and installed by a best buy team at a later date.

The installer has a great acknowledge about the machine. He knew well of what need to be done. Hauled away the old one and installed the new one for you in a professional way. Gave you a hassle free. But should need to explain a little bit of how the new machine will function and what should be taken care as basic maintenance to keep if in a good shape.

Friendly guys who get the job done. No perceivable issues with the installation, took my old equipment with them, voila!

This is probably the best purchase you can make. Works well and easy to operate. Great idea on Best Buy for having this.

Best Buy professionals installed the dryer with no issue

The dryer itself is great, works fine. The installation people that came were completely awful. When I said where's my dryer vent and hose they said we didn't order one. But I did and I paid $29 for it. So they conveniently found one in their truck. I also paid for installation of the dryer hose and electrical cord. They put the hose on without any clamps and left the dryer plug just hanging out of the hole in the back of the dryer. I did the hose myself and Tuck the wires into the dryer but the service was very awful. However the guys that delivered my fridge were wonderful so it's Hit or Miss obviously

The geek squad did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and even carried it to the second floor to do the install.

They did the job and were friendly about it. No complaints.

We had 3 different dryers delivered for one purchase. The first dryer did not operate correctly, very high pitch noise. Had to send it back. The next two were both damaged, discovered by third party delivering the dryer in the front street.
