They didn’t use the dryer hose the made me purchase because it was to short and they never refunded me for it. The duck taped my old one up and reused it

they were quick. but installation.. ehhh
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they couldnt make the legs level. my floor is not level.. i did it after they left. with a piece of wood. the vent exhaust was a little small. they tried to tape it but it didnt hold. i had to go buy an adapter. they left with the leg key adjustment. but they brought it back when i called them.

BestBuy's appliance delivery/install rocks!

Our two guys had the washer and dryer off the truck, in our house and perfectly installed is less than 30 minutes! The man who did the actual installation showed us all the features, controls, cycles, connections, hook-ups, etc. of both the washer and dryer and answered all our questions. I highly recommend the Best Buy delivery and installation AND Best Buy!
