They called 30 minutes before arriving and were excellent with communication. They were also very fast with setup, yet careful with my items.

Told me of a superficial dent on bottom front panel and that if i called they would offer me a gift card to offset damage. Was offered 150.00 gc but it never came so called and they credited my card 200.00. Great experience even after having some hiccups.

Replacement dryer

This dryer was to replace a defective one that was delivered a week before. They were right on time, took the other dryer out and reinstalled the new one. Made sure that each cycle worked and even switched the dryer door so it was compatible with my washer.
