I just purchased my home and so I was skeptical for the people delivering my Dryer because I've had some other things delivered/installed throughout the house & was extremely disappointed in their service.... But not these guys! They were so nice and ask if I had any questions, we were engaging in conversation - honestly, I wish that I could just request the two men to deliver and install for me every time I order service through Best Buy because they were great!

This was divine timing. This is my first time moving into my custom built home and after 1 hour after signing your team immediately arrived and installed my washer and dryer. That was an amazing accomplishment and the first piece of furniture in my home was centered around cleanliness which I’m very happy about .

They came with the installation...more or less...the delivery guys did a great job installing my new dryer.

Our LG Dryer was delivered on 12/10/22 by the Best Buy delivery team of Frank and Maurice. They were very professional and courteous and the installation was completed quickly without any problems. They explained everything and cleaned up afterward. Thank you!

We purchased LG washer and dryer for a new home and after install decided we did want the pedestals instead of the upper cabinets the builder offered. The process of ordering the pedestals and scheduling install even owning the preferred Geek Squad plan was painful. Many phone calls with no one able to help us. When we finally got the install scheduled the technicians were excellent!

The men that installed were excellent. They did the job in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.

There were 2 guys that delivered our new washer and dryer and also took the old ones. They were on time, very professional, and efficient. They knew exactly how to install and remove the new and old appliances with much ease despite the tight space. The new appliances where installed without any scratches or damage. The only incident was when they tested the electrical plug for the dryer, they unfortunately short circuited it and the circuit breaker had to be reset.

installation seemed to go well and they moved our old unit to the garage for us. forgot some tools though and had to borrow mine to complete the job which is a little unprofessional

they weren’t the friendliest. But they got the job done.
