The installation team got the washer and dryer up the stairs without damaging the walls or equipment, which is obviously a very important aspect of this review. The next important part is the installation was done correctly. There haven't been any problems after a couple weeks of using the washer and dryer. The team got backed up and arrived late, but that's not really installation but the outsource company does have to work on this aspect of the service. Great job!

The first group of technician says that the washer/dryer must be stacked, and I need to reschedule and buy the stacking kit. Got that from Amazon. The second group indicating there might be chance to put them side by side. He also caught up a damage on the washer. So rescheduled for another appt for me. But now the dryer door can only be half way opened. So maybe need to ask the next technician to stack it anyway.

The delivery guys hooked it up very quickly and it's been running fine, including the steam function, ever since.

The crew did a good job withe the installation. They had the unexpected situation of a plastic vent pipe. Apparently, that pipe is larger than standard vent pipe.

The technicians did a great job for the install of our dryer! They were very careful bringing it in and hauling off the old one. Had it hooked up and ready to go in no time. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
