They stacked the dryer on the washer using the included installation kit and made sure the dryer and washer doors opened in the same direction so it was easy to move clothes. Very impressed with the courteous and friendly techs.

Really fast

Only thing was they used a rag to help level the washer. I believe they did this because the washer for some reason has only one adjustable leg for leveling. But I wouldn’t consider this there problem.

Highly recommended installers!

Great communication, punctual, and beyond courteous. Not to mention, the work has been spot on with great respect for the home. This has been one of the main reasons we continue to purchase from Best Buy, the trusted install and service folks that we have had. As a note, we have had Edward out for two separate installs and he is just the best. Keep up the good work.
