Would definitely recommend it. Very professional services . Its worth every $$$ spent on the services. They also hauled away my old dryer. Was very pleased with their services

Lazy install

The installer (Thomas) did not get the exhaust hose to the dryer hooked right and it came out as soon as we turned the dryer on. I called him right back and he did not come back to fix it. We had to do it ourselves.

When the two men got here they realized they brought the wrong dryer it was a gas dryer that they brought and ours was electric. But the men were very sorry and apologized for the mix up and took resposability for the mistake. Them taking responsibility for the mistake make it easy to not be upset.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mean the guys were great with taking care of speaking with customer care for me since it looked like someone rammed both sides of my brand new dryer with a pickup truck when they took it out of the box. Maybe at some point Best Buy will be able to get a new dryer delivered for me that is in actual working order and I’m sure the guys will be just as great at setting the dryer up as they were with my washer.
