Purchasing from Best Buy was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Washer and drier was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday .. delivery driver gets lost, I explain how to get to my home and he decides to cancel the delivery and not tell me that, so we waited all day, I called customer service they were no help, I got shuffled around for over an hour. They auto rescheduled my delivery , had to take time off, a week and half after my original delivery date they were delivered … drier damaged/ crushed on top. Oh but we can keep it until they can deliver the new one… in February!?!? Tried speaking to CS about some sort of credit/ discount I get transferred around again, I ask for a regional or manager to call me… they say yes and no one calls. Horrible customer service, but the drier works all right

The delivery/ installer guys were very professional Installation was done efficiently Once it was completed they tested the washer and dryer and checked for leaks Once it was done they cleaned up all the packaging materials Overall very pleased with the installation

Delivery / installation crew was excellent. We had 3 appliances delivered at once, a refrigerator and washer/dryer. Crew was on-time, friendly, competent and gave us a nice tutorial on how to use our new appliances.

Incredibly happy with the Sunday delivery. Choice of three different delivery windows and received text notification morning to confirm delivery. Technician called with an update and arrived early! Installed dryer in under 15 minutes. Technician entered home wearing a mask and was very professional. Minimal disruption to the Sunday routine.

They had the vent hanging low and we had them fix that.

When these guys arrived they were very professional and effecient.. They listened to our concerns and nuances about our laundry room and then executed our concerns as requested. Furthermore, they even moved our older washer and dryer for us into the garage where they would be later sold. Lastly, they called both my wife and I to ensure we would be home and their demeanor was very cordial showing they enjoyed the job they do!
