New dryer was dented

Don't know if it was like this from the factory or was damaged in transit from the store. Install crew showed me the dent before putting inside the home and was offered and accepted a gift card for the damage.

Second installation with new machine worked fine

The driver of the first one who was to do the installation had said he was new and was not sure but would give it a try and it didn’t work out. Best Buy sent along another dryer along with a more experienced person. The second one works.

Double efficiency!

Test after set up was given and they made it look so easy! Truth is they are very dedicated to their work ethics and again I recommend a paid day off!! You cannot afford to loose these guys because they work as a team and are outstanding employees! BestBuy....don’t let your valuable guys go unnoticed!!! Reward them for their efficiency!!

Helpful installation

The installation for my dryer took a substantially longer than my washer installation (through another seller). The team was also unable to get the drainage hose into the drain, but I managed to do that on my own as soon as they left.
