They got things hooked up quickly and explained everything. Top notch.

LG Dryer Installation

Installation was fine except for one very important. I asked for and needed the dryer vented out the bottom so it would fit closer to the wall. Installer would not do that. My previous dryer was vented that way by the Sears installer.

They set up my washer and dryer fast and explained how it worked and answered my questions. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Not happy with delivery of dryer

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They came to deliver and install my dryer and I was told they would drop it at the street and I’d have to get inside and reschedule the installation. It took another 2 weeks to get them back to install. Then the guy wouldn’t connect the dryer vent in the wall with the metal band and duct taped it. They gave me a $50 gift card but I needed to call back to get it after the install. Now every time I call and explain why I am calling I conveniently get hung up on. Went to the store and they said it’s corporate and they can’t help me.
