The dryer installation was done quickly and neatly.

We purchased these models because of previous good experience with Samsung washers and dryers. One issue- we purchased a stacking kit and in order to stack the units, the dryer requires a ten foot power cord. Best Buy did not carry one not supply one with the stacking unit- therefore the Geek Squad guys were unable to stack our units. I had to order a 10 ft cord online and stack the units myself.

My Samsung electric dryer was installed quickly and correctly. It works as designed.

The installation was completed with in the time alloted and it was perfect.

We originally decided to use Best Buy because we had an excellent purchase and installation experience with our refrigerator. However, our experience with the washer and dryer was the complete opposite. We were at the end of the installer’s daily schedule (between noon and 6pm). The Installers called after 6pm to say that they would be late. When they did show up they claimed that they didn't know how to install the dryer on a pedestal. This seemed extremely odd in general but also frustrating as it was clearly on the work order. The Item was put into the garage and we were told to reschedule the install and take away of the old appliances. Second time (about a week to ten days later) we were scheduled in the morning. We called Best Buy caller line twice to make sure that all of the parts needed would be on the truck and that the installers would know how to install the unit on a pedestal. Both times we were assured that everything was correct. And that we would receive a call when the installers were headed to our house. We never received a call. When the Installers arrived they said the work order only informed them to remove the old equipment. New equipment did get installed, but only after much complaining from the installers. They were unsure if the equipment could fit through the doors of the house or if it would fit in the laundry space. It was clear that they were frustrated with the home office as well. They did do a good job installing the units, once they got past their frustration. The dryer is great, but the installation was a nightmare. We don’t see a reason to ever use Best Buy again to bring an appliance into our home.

The installers were timely and professional. Everything is working great.

Timely arrival. Removal of the old dryer and installation of the new LG dryer was fast and without issue. We were provided with detailed instructions on operating the new dryer. This saved computer time researching the LG on-line manual. A professional operation that made us very happy.

The Geek Squad delivery staff was awesome. Very friendly and professional. Kept us informed of what was happening and gave us a lesson on dryer.
