Professional on time installation.

First they were on time and called and texted us to inform us that they were on the way. They were very careful in unhooking and removing our existing dryer. They also were very careful and proficient with the dryer installation. They also carefully positioned and balanced the dryer and explained it's operation.

The workers moved the old dryer and installed the new one. They were pleasant and professional. It didn't take long at all, less than an hour.

Electric Dryer Installation

He arrived in time, wore dust covers for his shoes to protect my floors and he took accurate measurements to ensure no scratches were on my walls.

Leaves a lot to be desired

Delivery people were quick and in a hurry to get on to their next stop. Doors to my laundry closet would not close. Had to re-do dryer vent installation myself and now it fits (delivery guy was adamant that it would not/could not fit. Also when they tried to reverse the dryer door they stripped the screw and could not remove it (said it was a manufacturing defect - manufacturer overtightened, which could be true). Had to wait another week for a new dryer to be delivered :(
