Kind, careful, considerate, expert employees who ensured the old equipment was removed, and new equipment installed, without even touching a wall or carpet. They also trained us on how to use the product.

Dryer was not delivered in a timely manner. Had to be rescheduled and owner had to takeoff work twice however, it was installed correctly.

The installers were great. They delivered and installed my LG washer. I planned on installing the dryer myself because I had my own cord for the dryer and they weren't allowed to install it unless I purchased a new cord. However, they were very helpful and answered my questions about the hookup/wiring with my existing cord, so I was able to complete it easily on my own. Very pleased.

The people who helped install my dryer we're very professional and friendly. They were prompt and called to notify us they were coming and when they were outside. During installation they made sure we were aware of how the dryer worked and positioned it in a perfect location. Overall it was a great experience, and I will always choose to have my appliances installed by your staff.

We just purchased a new home and had to have washer dryer and fridge raider installed we decided to go through Best Buy directly for this, the price was very reasonable, the service was outstanding and efficient and more importantly on time, very pleased with the value and quality we received and very courteous and friendly installers.

The electric dryer installation went well. The men called ahead, arrived on time, installed the dryer, cleaned up after themselves and took the old dryer away.

Delivery of first dryer was not great. It was dented but they installed and I used it until they could replace it. A week later they came with replacement. It was dented but it was a small, cosmetic dent that didn't show or affect the performance of machine. I got a small discount.
